"Phone call never got answered after a very long wait, very slow to reply to email, minimal updates on situation. Half of order got delivered with no mention of what happened to the other half. Eventually I got an email with a Fedex tracking number, and I gathered the second half of the order would be delivered, which it was. However, the final delivery didn't happen until a month or two after the first."
"I tried to contact the company about possibly returning a comforter set, as by the time it arrived due to being back ordered my daughter had already left for college. No one answered at the # listed. I called several times, and all I got was their message asking me to leave a message and they'd return the call. Of course they've never returned my call!!! Luckily I hadn't purchased an item I wanted to return that was even more expensive. Anyway, when I looked at their return policy I saw it's a 30% restocking fee!! That's crazy!! So if you are ordering from this company be 100% sure you want to keep what you are buying!!"

"I order a mirror from this company around June 26th due to the fact it said "in stock" and expected to receive it within 1 to 2 weeks, 3 at most. After 2 weeks had passed I emailed the company in regards to my item and was told the item was backordered until JULY 30th. I had already waited for 2 weeks so decided to wait some more since I really liked the mirror. It is now August 24 and my item has not arrived. I've emailed and no response and when I called twice, the operator was not paying any attention and not acting professionally. I had never had an issue like this even though I buy online ALL the time. Truly DISSAPOINTED."
