"i wanted a particular glass-fronted rustic metal "locker" cabinet. i found it first on dot&bo and the day before it was to be delivered the company put out their "sorry, we're closing" email and i didn't get the delivery despite having paid, luckily i went through paypal and got my money back. i found the item on wayfair, but twice it was out of stock. my husband found it on the national furniture website, for substantially less, like including delivery charges over 200 dollars less. i did have to make 2 returns, as the cabinets, delivered by FedEx, arrived with shattered front glass panes, everyone i dealt with through email was polite and courteous and prompt in replying. yesterday i received the cabinet, delivered by Pilot Freight in satisfactory condition. i love it! it's meant to display some of my husband's sports memorabilia in his office, but i kinda want it for my camera collection!! i may have to find myself something to order soon! i will shop national furniture again."

Please answer your phone

"Received my shipment from national furniture supply and they sent the wrong chairs. The invoice number and the box number didn't match. I have been calling them for three days, with no response. I feel like it is very unprofessional and disrespectful,not to make an effort to return my call. I wish that I would have read all the negative reviews before purchasing chairs from them. Mistakes happens, but it could have been solved with a simple call. "

Color not as pictured

"I ordered the queen blue velvet bed on Dec. 28th, 2016....there was no communication as to when my bed was arriving, I tried to contact the number on their site but no answer so I emailed them that I wanted information about when I would receive my bed, they replied Jan. 19th, however my bed arrived on Jan 12th, when I opened the box it was not the blue color as advertised in the picture on their website, this makes me very upset!! "

Good Service !

"Ordered the Lippa Table and 4 Tulip chairs from National Furniture Supply. The table arrived on the set delivery date. Well packaged in a box and wooden crate. intact conditions. Very Good quality for the price. White fiberglass, doom the finish, shiny. Perfect!
The chairs too a bit longer for delivery as these didn't arrived with table but no complaints. All items easy to assemble. Just wish the cushions were fabric instead of plastic. My fault I didn't ask I just assumed it was fabric. The upper bottom of the chairs have a metal disk where the screws go in. However it's not noticeable once the cushion is placed on the chair. I guess this Is a compromise between this low price and the ones that cost $1,500 made of fiberglass. These chairs are vinyl but they're comfortable and easy to clean. Overall happy with the product, stylish and and affordable price. Received good service from NF Supply.

Terrible Customer Service

"I ordered a storage unit with buckets. It shipped without the hardware and is useless. Still sitting in a pile in my basement because it cannot be assembled without the hardware. I have called twice for the hardware to be shipped and have received nothing. It has been five months. I will never order from this company again! "

Very Pleasantly Surprised

"I placed a rather expensive order from National Furniture Supply. I paid $3,500 for a dresser. Believe me after surfing the net to compare prices, they were easily $2,000 to $3,000 cheaper. So, naturally I ordered it. Unfortunately, after ordering it I decided to read customer reviews and almost died. I expected the worst! How happy was I to receive my order in 3 weeks, excellent delivery (free shipping) and in perfect condition. I don't know why this company has negative reviews, because my experience was absolutely amazing. They would respond back to me within 2 hours of sending a message. It arrived exactly when they promised and guess what? I saved a lot of money. As a matter of fact, I ordered a bed from Ethan Allen on the same day and I have yet to hear from them! In summary, National Furniture Supply exceeded my expectations and I hope they can do the same for you."

Terrible customer service

"I received an email that said my order was shipped 10 days ago. I called the company to see if I could get a tracking number and was referred to a local shipping company. They had never heard of my order. I emailed NFS back and was told I would get a response 3 days ago. STILL waiting and have no idea when I will get my furniture. This is a pathetic excuse for a company, do not order from them. Will be contacting the BBB. "

RUN!! Do not deal with this company

"The absolute worst, frustrating experience I've ever dealt with. 10 weeks waiting on a chair. Customer service goes straight to music and no one has ever answered. I received two email responses from this company promising a tracking number that has yet to come. After two weeks from that email, I demanded my order be cancelled with refund. NO response to date. I have filed a formal complaint with Better Business Bureau.

Poor Customer Service - missing portion of my order

"We ordered a bunk bed with a table & 2 benches as bottom bunk - we received the order without the cushions for the bottom benches. I emailed them immediately asking for the cushions to be shipped. Most companys I have dealt with would discount my order or at least ship the cushions right away since it was company's mess up - not mine. We are still emailing and calling weekly trying to get our cushions that we paid for. So disappointing! We get the run around "we will send you a tracking number tomorrow" "The cushions will be shipped next week" - we have been dealing with this going on 3 months. "

NFS Outshines Crate and Barrel

"Thank you so much! My Empress Sectional is here and it is absolutely gorgeous! The delivery guys were so helpful and the customer service outstanding. This could not have been a better experience. I had previously ordered a sofa from Crate & Barrel and it was a terrible experience. I will never shop there again. I'm currently shopping NFS again for another sectional for the living room and for bar stools too!"

Poor response - lack of customer service

"Ordered sept 1 th. Received a call about item delivery schedule, for sept 12 th.. But nothing arrived.
Contacted company, no response, several more attempts eventually (9-17) they let me know item was on back order till October 30 th.
When a response is received it is robotic, and incomplete.
I would have loved to receive my item, their prices are fanastic but worthless if you can not receive the item; combined with their horrible customer service, if there is an issue I can not imagine how hair pulling that would be to resolve.
I ended up canceling the order, which thankfully they were quick to respond with refund confirmation.
I will not be shopping with this company again.

Worst experience I've ever had shopping in 44 years

"They lie about their availability, delivery dates, and "30 day money back guaranty." I called and emailed numerous times to cancel the order (because it was five weeks late) and they sent anyway and now say I have to pay return shipping and a 30% restocking fee. They are actually beyond rude but downright belligerent on the phone. I asked to speak to a manager who never actually called me back. Awful awful bad people. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and my credit card is filing action against them. "

Poor customer service

"I ordered a floor vase and it arrived extremely crooked. After contacting NFS and sending them pics of the vase they agreed to send a new one. It took several weeks but a new one arrived and it was exactly like the first - crooked! It appears there was 0 quality control and neither item was inspected prior to shipment. I contacted NFS again, sent more pics and requested a refund. Refund was eventually received but the process was slow and I had to continually follow up with the company on all the correspondence that was sent. It was EXTREMELY difficult to reach anyone on the phone - most contact was via email. I would not order from them again. Although they didn't manufacture the vases I was disappointed in their customer support and the length of time it took to get any information from them."
