Disappointed with communication

"I was wondering why I had not received a shipping email for rocket. When I went in to check status of order I read that it is on back order. That info should of been given to me when ordered or even a follow up email with that information.
Just good customer service.
Finally received chair, but it was a baby shower gift and missed the shower.

Terrible shipping

"First my order took FOREVER, then they claimed I had already received it, and I had not. The final item ended up being on backorder for months and I had to contact them AGAIN for them to finally ship it to me. I had a TERRIBLE shopping experience with them ."

Great price and quality

"Loved the two glass tables I ordered. I had purchased two of the same table; unfortunately the tables were not the same height. One was 3/8th inches shorter so I was not able to put them side by side as I had intended. Nonetheless, the price of the tables was half of a similar table at BoConcept."

Worst online experience ever!

"Took months for my chair to be delivered for my mother and when I called to inquire about the status of my order. The salesperson said it was ready to ship in a couple of days...well after 3 weeks later I finally received the chair without even a call to let me know to be home the day of delivery, so the driver left it outside under a porch when it was supposed to be set up in the house. Very disappointing experience to say the least. "

Weird but "Fabulous"

"When I was hunting for a particular table and the best price I could afford I found it with National Furniture. I couldn't believe they asked me to put in a bid for the price...I thought that was weird. However to make a long story short...I purchased my table from them...it was delivered in great shape ....the price was the best I found on the internet.....and I am a
very happy camper!!!! I will be going to National for other needs ...I'm so glad I found them.
