"I ordered my item two months ago it was backordered. On the date it was supposed to be available they never called me or notified me. I called them a week later and was advised I should receive it by the end of the week. The end of the week came and no tracking number or item was received. I had to call them again and they then proceeded to blame it on the shipping company stating they lost it. I then called the shipping company that stated they went to pick up the furniture and National furniture supply did not have it in stock. When I called National furniture back they stated it was lost and we will look into and call you back by the end of the day. They never called me back and I had to call them back the following day and was advised again the shipping company lost it. I will never use this joke of a company again. "

"Our order was never delivered. We called the delivery company several times and each time we were promised a call back but never received one. We also tried contacting the company (National Furniture supply) and they also said they would talk to delivery company and call us back- and guess what? They never did! Our merchandise was at some point sent back to the supplier and they charged us a 30% restocking fee and credited us the remiander. We are extremely upset that we didn't receive our order and on top of that we only received a partial refund after trying for weeks to get a hold of someone who could help us schedule our delivery. We will never do business with this company again. "
