Excellent service and product

"I had been looking for a birthday present and the item I was looking for was advertised on another site but was backordered for over two months. I kept looking and found them on National Furniture Supply, in stock and free shipping. I had the item in just a few days and was exactly as described and perfect for the birthday. I had not gotten anything from National Furniture Supply before but will definitely use them in the future."

Don't waste your time

"I can understand an item being on back order, but when it comes back into stock and you are promised by the manager, not once, but twice that he will have your order out to you tomorrow and will receive it next week. Only to wait another 2 months and many calls later, to finally get your order. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. "

Backorder with out notice.

"I love my chairs. They are beautiful. The issue I had was that I ordered 2 chairs. 1 chair came a little later than I was told. The other chair I was informed would be on back order. It was on back order over a month from when I received the first chair. Decent price."

Beware of the free shipping promise...

"...It's not worth much.

I got the Groundhog-Day-style runaround from their phone and email staff regarding a (sizable) bogus additional freight charge from their shipper. The item was advertised as having free shipping. Since I was the recipient, the additional charge was in my name, not theirs. I was repeatedly told verbally that it would be “taken care of the next day.” I was repeatedly told through email that I could ignore the invoice. Unfortunately, the invoice from FedEx Freight (zero stars) kept coming, to the point of threatening to “turn it over to collections.”

I finally paid the additional charge just to make it all go away. I’m sure that is the basic game plan - deflect and kick-the-can until you wear down.

There are plenty of service-oriented internet furniture companies out there. Read the reviews. I wish I had. The money I saved was more than cancelled by the bogus freight charge.

Two stars because they did actually deliver the product.

Dishonest

"I ordered an item and was charged right away. Once five days had passed with no update on the shipping I submitted a ticket via email. I received no response, so submitted another one. Once two more days had passed and I still had no response I called customer service and they informed me that the item was on back order until the end of August. Certainly would have been nice if somebody had bothered to tell me that when I placed the order or anytime in the following week. I requested a refund and I will never purchase from this company again.

Don't trust them

"Don't even consider doing work with them. They lie continually, delay and hope you go away. I ordered a couch and love seat, it took two months for them to be delivered. Both were damaged, it took 1-1/2 months before I got my refund. They kept saying we will pick them up next week and they never manage to show up. Finally I talked them into the refund if I give them to a local charity, did that but they were damaged so badly I had to pay the charity to haul them away so I am out $50 and 3-1/2 months time hassling with them. Stay away they are a bunch of lying misfits."

Not a very honest place

"Because the product came in time as promised I am adjusting this review to reflect my satisfaction. Minus one star for the hassles described: "Unfortunately this place lacks honesty. My bad (so far) experience has started with the cart adding more items upon login without displaying the final product quantity upon checkout- poor planning of the system. After the mistake in the product quantity was fixed over the phone I was told that the item is in stock and will be shipping early next week. I called today and the representative had two facts for me. One was that the item was in stock and then it became back-ordered since they needed to fulfill a queued order, and another that it will be shipping now one month from the original purchase date- even though said will come 2-3 weeks after order on website. This experience is very salty so far and I'll adjust the rating should it have a happy ending. The saddest part is that their website still says in stock." But the item came on time in good shape so voila."

Sham-No Delivery

"I ordered this chair (gold Fine Mod ) and after 2 wks I sent an email asking for ETA. They cancelled my order because they had no ETA and now tell me it is another 2 weeks to get my refund. They will then have my money 4 wks! Stay away from National Furniture Supply!

My Expectations Were Succeeded!

"I had hesitation at first but sometimes you have to go with your gut. My experience was an amazing one. They shipped even earlier than promised and that to me says volumes. The product came by carrier and that again says a lot as they found the safest way to send these heavy mirrors. The prices were great and the customer service was very helpful when they picked up the phone. "

Worst online shopping experience in my life!

"I had made an order for an alligator salt and pepper shaker 4 weeks before Christmas and still have not received it and it's late February. They kept telling me it was back ordered after the fact it was too late to order the item from another store. 3 months later, after they kept back ordering it every time I called, they told me it would not be ready to ship for another 4 weeks! So I finally got tired of being strung along and cancelled my order. Hopefully I get my money back. But this is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Also my first online complaint because I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I went through. "
