I had a few issues with placing the order, but Alice A was super helpful and quick in resolving my issues. Packaging left a little to be desired as the motherboard and CPU were loose in the box with a little bit of air bag packaging floating around in there. Shipping wasn't the fastest, but customer service was great and I will be keeping an eye on deals with NCIXUS.com in the future."

I was having trouble getting the free shipping offer on an item I wanted to order (the shipping would become $11.99 at checkout). So I emailed NCIX and was told to place the order and send them the order number. The next day I received an email letting me know the shipping was being refunded back to my card.

"I used pcpartpicker.com to build my new computer. NCIXUS had the cheapest CPU I wanted, so I opened a new account and purchased the CPU from them. The motherboard from a vendor on amazon, the CPU heat-sink and fan from a different vendor on amazon, and the rest from newegg. I ordered all of the items on the evening of Sunday 6/21/15. The payment cleared and shipping occured for all other vendors on that next business day,

Monday 6/22/15. I sent NCIXUS an e-mail during business hours on Monday as I noticed the payment wasn't processing and let them know I called the card company and everything was and remained good on my end. They responded saying payment was fine and to wait.

I had all of my other items arrive from the other vendors over the next two days, Tuesday (6/23/15) and Wednesday (6/24/15). NCIXUS had supplied me with a tracking number by Wednesday but I noticed the item had not been given to UPS. I e-mail them Wednesday (6/24/15) asking if the item was out of stock or if they were having a delay. They e-mail me back with a link to the CPU's product page stating that it says somewhere that they have 5-8 days to ship an item and 1-3 days to process payment and the also sent me the tracking number. And also informed me to wait for the UPS page to update as they had sent it out just now.

The day is now Monday (6/29/15), the UPS site claims that the item was given to them the day after customer service had told me they mailed it. Now because they do not ship on the weekend it was obviously delayed over the last weekend, not UPS's fault at all. UPS's tracking site indicates that I should have my item by tomorrow (6/30/15), finally! I do not blame UPS at all.

I will be receiving my CPU on Tuesday (6/30/15) a full 8 days later due to the slow payment processing and slow handling times of NCIXUS. If you need to save the $5 and don't mind waiting a minimum of 4 days to get a common item from the shelf to UPS then I say go ahead and purchase with NCIXUS, however, if you value your time as I do then spend the little bit extra and go somewhere else. I can't even say their customer service is good because I was lied to about the date they actually got the item in UPS's hands. At least they respond quickly. I can only hope I do not have to deal with a return as I wish to be finished dealing with this company.

"My order for a Processor was taking over 3 days just to process none the less ship, so I contacted NCIXUS through email and promptly (within a few hours) received a reply email from Aimee P. supplying a shipping tracking number. Overall the experience wasn't too bad but they could work on speeding up the order processing time.. This was the first component of my build that I ordered and by the time this order shipped some of my other parts were on my doorstep. Just a note, if you want a good price and don't care as much about the time it takes to ship, NCIX is great. But if you are like me, timing is important and I value things being shipped within the business day or next business day of my order when the product is in stock."
