"Like the 24-hour cart price hold, helps lock in sales price. Few days I ordered from NCIXUS for the first time, saw new customers could get a 20$ gift card on first order at checkout, so I called expecting them to reject my request, but was pleasantly surprised. There was a couple minute wait and once on the line with Aimee P., the experience was the epitome of what customer support should be: courteous and quick to reach resolution. Looking forward to my next purchase there."

"My initial order with NCIXUS.com was about a month ago. I placed an order and took advantage of a $10 new customer coupon code. I placed my order using the code and had an issue with my CC info ultimately my order was canceled. I replaced my order but was unable to use the coupon code as I was no longer a "new" customer and customer service had no ability to merely apply a $10 discount, ultimately they offered a alternative code for a $20 gift card for my next order, which I accepted rather than wasting my time over the $10. The hard drive did arrive undamaged but the packing was poor as the drive was able to freely rattle around the box. Today I attempted to purchase 2 more drives and try to take advantage of the $20 gift code I had. Ultimately this order was voided due to the use of "VPN or proxy connection" of which there was none in use, it was directly placed from my home internet connection. No call was received to confirm the order, and when questioned customer service responded that even if a call was made there was nothing they could do. I didn't bother to retry my order as there was no VPN or proxy to disable and didn't want the aggravation. I will give them credit any attempts to email them during business hours did seem to promptly reply, just more often then not that reply was really not helpful at all. I will not return."

"Free shipping on a PSU is no joke! It was easy to order online even though the website was a bit slow at the time. I also forgot to put in a coupon code when I ordered so I contacted support and they gave it to me anyway. I will not hesitate to order from them again."

"I received an email ad with a product I wanted. There were some initial issues trying to order it. During the "US" Checkout option, it would take me to a page that said "Canadian" Checkout. This worried me but after my hesitation, I just went ahead and the process worked. The product said there was Free Shipping but did not give me an option. Since there was not a Live Chat Feature, I decided to place the order and contact Customer Care. This worked out very well. Aimee P was prompt in responding to me. The default reply time was 2-3 days and I received my reply less than 24 hours from when I submitted my request on a Sunday. I was quickly refunded the shipping costs with no hesitation. I will definitely be looking to purchase more from NCIX in the future because of the Aimee"

"Found a bunch of radiator fans (EK Vardars) on NCIXUS at a great price (priced better than any other US retailer, $4 cheaper than the 2nd best price I could find) and ordered a bunch. There wasn't enough stock but they sent out as many as they had on-hand. Aimee P. from their support staff was kind enough to upgrade my shipping for the remaining bunch given the long wait. Support was also really quick to respond to my emails which was a plus. Will be ordering from here again in the future."

" I recently ordered a GTX 970 graphics card from NCIXUS a few weeks ago, along with some other essential parts for my new PC. They told me it would arrive a week and a half after I placed the order, and it did. The only complication was minor, I checked on my order while it was on the way and found that the graphics card I had ordered was now being bundled with Batman Arkham Knight and The Witcher 3, whereas when I ordered it, it only included The Witcher 3. I thought that since I had not even received my card yet that there was a good chance I could ask for and get the Batman game as well. I called there customer service, and was directed, after about 5min of being on hold, to a helpful fellow named Richard. He looked up my order and found that I had placed it one day before they had started the new bundle. He told me that, since it was so close, he would give me the download code for the game.
I am very grateful to Richard for his generosity and understanding. His dealing with me spoke highly of him and NCIX. If I'm ever looking for computer parts again and find that NCIX has the best prices again, I will not hesitate to purchase from them.

"I contacted customer service for a few payment details, changes to a pre-assembled computer, and for adding an offer code that I had just missed. I had an excellent, and very quick response every time.

In addition, the custom computer they built for me was well built (neat wiring, all the boxes sent etc) and their assembly team was in constant contact about specific issues (and solutions) during the build. Their prices are quite good after a bit of price-matching - and they're very reasonable about price-matching.

I was dreading the experience of building a new computer but they made it super-easy and I'm recommending them to my friends.

"I ordered my graphics card the very day before an NVIDIA promotion was including multiple games with the item, and asked if NCIX would accommodate my order as well. Not only did they hook me up, but had the entire matter resolved within 30 minutes of my first email. Great first experience with their customer service."

"I have placed the order on the i7-4790k which was on sale. But the order was cancelled. I was planning to build the whole rig because of this sale. But now I have to cancel and return other parts for the PC. What a wast of time.

The customer service sent out email insisting that their cost was $299.99. They cannot go anywhere below that. But the fact is that Microcenter, which is another store lists the CPU at $269.99 all year round in my area.

I would suggest anyone stays away from this website as far as you can, if they are not honest about the products they are selling.

"I ordered a computer component from the NCIXUS website and received an order "acknowledgement" soon afterwards. I found this strange as I almost always receive an order confirmation (not an acknowledgement) from reputable on-line retailers. At this point I (incorrectly) assumed that I had "purchased" an item that met my needs. I was wrong as my order was cancelled the next day.

Do business with this company at your own risk. NCIXUS can cancel your order for any reason they choose at any time. If you need a product for yourself, a family member or perhaps even a client there is a risk that your order will never be accepted.

"I was also victim of one of their frequent pricing errors -- which are certainly suspiciously low, but not so much when they advertise the sale as part of their 19th anniversary with advertised "Black Friday" type deals. After ordering the product, I was told a day later that the price would not be honored and little else. I then learned that some people who bought the item at the price error rate were offered the item at NCIXUS's cost. I emailed them back to ask why I didn't get the same offer. I was denied the offer because my method of payment hadn't been processed like others' had (credit card vs PayPal). No other reconciliation for my trouble. In other words, the company wasted my time and money (I missed out on another sale because I thought I had the item I needed) and was not transparent in how they dealt with the problem in treating customers differently. Further, I am certain that a company like newegg would have at least given me a gift card to their site in efforts to keep my business. In a vacuum, it's just a moderately off-putting experience, but given the quality of service and pricing from their competitors, I see no reason to buy from NCIXUS again. "

"If the price is too good to be true, it probably is. I ordered a processor on sale for a very good price. The next day I saw an even better price at NCIXUS.com, so I cancelled my previous order and ordered from NCIXUS. Two days later I got an email cancelling the order, and I can't replicate the previous deal so I had to buy the processor for more money. This is like going into Walmart and buying something, and two days later they call you up telling you you have to return it because they realized they didn't get enough money for the product. When NCIXUS sends you an order "acknowledgement" this is what is stated, "This order acknowledgement is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order; but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price. After you place an order, NCIX.com will determine whether or not to fill the order, and NCIX.com may refuse or limit your order for any reason." What kind of company works this way? It sounds like they are in the habit of making price "mistakes"."

"I ordered an I7-4790k processor from NCIXUS.com. The following day I receive an email stating "We regret to inform you that SKU 97888, the Intel i7 Core processor you order had an incorrect cost associated with your order. As such, we are not able to offer it at the price entered incorrectly on our website. Due to this error, we had no choice but to cancel you order at this time. "

This is inexcusable. They listed a price of an item. They allowed me to purchase it. They should honor the price. Now, I do not have the item I was led to believe I would get and NCIXUS.com has my personal information and credit card information. Shame on them.
