"I had the pleasure of being assisted by NXICUS's team today. Alice A. took my call during a moment when they were having troubles with their website. She worked with me to checked that the item I was looking for was actually in stock (I had been burned in the past through other sellers on this particular item) and she and the team went above-and-beyond, helping me find a solution to a problem I was having despite it not being the normal company procedure and despite their own issues on that day. In addition to simply being pleased that I was able to order a product I had significant trouble ordering from others, I felt the customer care was unusually strong: she was polite and informative and willing to get creative to help us figure out a way to make the deal. Would absolutely use NCIXUS again, and the strength of their customer service department makes me feel even safer as I know any concerns I have will be taken care of."

"I ordered a case and PSU from NCIXUS because they had the best prices. I was kept informed of my order status in a timely fashion, and given tracking numbers. When I had to RMA the case, I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt, competent, and courteous manner in which it was handled. An unresolved question which I had about my rebate was quickly answered by the personable and professional Alice A."

"Probably the best customer service I've received! I ordered a power supply that was listed on sale lower than any of NCIX's competitors with free shipping. However, once I checked out I was charged $12.21 for shipping even though their page was clearly labeled that free shipping would be provided. I contacted customer service about this issue and promptly received a reply from Alice A. She was quick to offer an apology for the glitch and assured me that the $12.21 would be removed. Excellent service and competitive prices will keep me coming back! "

"I ordered a tower case and a power supply through NCIXUS. The case arrived promptly and I asked asked what was going on with the power supply so I finish the build for my father in law.

Alice A let me know the warehouse closest to me was out of the part, and she set it up to ship from another warehouse that still had the part in stock.

Mentioning that it was the last part I was waiting for and was trying to get things setup as soon as I could I asked if they could expedite the shipping. The obliged and upgraded my shipping and said they would do what they could to make sure the part went out the same day.

"Alice A. helped me out today over the phone. Originally i was wondering why my order was taking so long to ship, but then i saw it was because an item was on back order. I ordered a PC case which i initially settled for because of price considerations but given that it was on back order i thought that was as good a sign as any that i should actually choose the one i want. So i asked to change my order to a different case.

Alice was able to help me very quickly. Usually these sorts of calls/inquiries take so long but within a few minutes my order was switched to the case i wanted. In addition to that she even notified me that the other part of my order was ready to ship out tomorrow. She handled it all very professionally and i really got the sense she actually cared. That's something only a few other stores/merchants/companies can boast.

NCIX has always had a reputation for quality customer service and i now see how they earned it.

"I ordered an EVGA GeForce 970 through ncixus.com, great deal with good service. Card arrived promptly, but unfortunately I couldn't complete my new build until the i7 6700k CPU came out, which wasn't until the end of September. I got a NVidia promo coupon code with purchase of the 970, a free download of Metal Gear Solid:V. That coupon code was going to expire on October 1st, so when I finally got my 6700k and completed my build in late September top of my list was to download the game. Unfortunately, to my surprise, the download would not work indicating a failed validation code! This was September 29th. After spending a few days with NVidia support, they sent me back to ncixus.com and the next morning ncixus.com had sent a new code for me! Great customer service from Aimee P.!"

"I originally write a rather negative review about NCIX regarding a shipping issue. They contacted me directly about my review, and informed me that I missed something about there being a 5-8 day duration before the item ships. They were right, I was wrong.. I made a mistake.

They offered to refund half my shipping anyway, which I could not in good conscience accept, so I responded to please not refund me any money , apologized for my mistake and promised to edit my review.

I received another response minutes later with a thank you and a note that they refunded the entire shipping price to my card. I feel bad and I did not deserve that, but that was very nice of them to do. It was my error and they did not have to.. so I need to credit their customer service for this. Instead of deleting my review, I thought I would just edit it to a more positive tone instead.

I had also originally mentioned issues with the website. Their SSL certificate has long-standing security problems which need to be addressed, the site itself tends to run very slowly, often not loading some of the pages in over a minute. These issues still stand, however other than being a security risk and an annoyance, they do not affect the ordering process.

Prices are good, in many cases cheaper than other online tech retailers.

So aside from the little shipping snafu that turned out to be my fault, I guess my first experience with NCIX has been pretty good after all.

"My questions were answered quickly by Aimee P. through their customer service messaging system. She even went the extra mile by helping me find an applicable discount. Part of my purchase was shipped very quickly. All of this occurred between 11:48 AM on a Friday night and Monday morning, which was impressive. The prices of the products ordered, the speed or processing, and the speed and helpfulness of the customer service were all good.

Later, however, the remaining portion of my purchase was put on back order after I placed my order. The site itself didn't indicate any kind of estimate as to when I would receive the rest of my goods. I found this to be a detractor.
