"If you are looking to shop from this company, better buy from Newegg, Microcenter, or Fry's to save yourself from further hassles that you might run into. My story is, i buy an I7-4790K from this company for $236.98 and 30 hours later i received an email they claim it's a price error. My worst situation is that after i bought the CPU i have already gone ahead and bought a motherboard from Newegg and a SSD drive from Fry's. Luckily i have a Microcenter at my neighbor that i could buy the same CPU I7-4790K for $269.99. Either way, the whole situation it feels like they are bating customer with a little lower price on products to steal my credit card information. I have go ahead to file a BBB claim even if it doesn't help but at least i have done enough to stop others getting into the same situation like my."

"Let me tell you about this site, this guy with the pricing error review, that's unfortunate.

I have had an excellent experience with NCIXUS. I ordered the GTX 960 because I was building my own PC, what's that?? I get a free game?? The delivery was normal, the time of delivery was normal, nothing to complain about, nothing to boast about, they did their job.

Here is where they impressed me. I didn't know how to actually get the game. I contacted customer support, and within minutes, literally minutes, I had a response. I told them my problem, gave them my order number and they helped me get my free game. The response time is super quick, I think this is important, I hate waiting on customer service and they obliterated the wait. It wasn't some super formal affair, where they use giant words, they talk with you like a normal person and I hope that never changes when they get to be a bigger company. I can't say enough about the service I received and would definitely order from them again based on that and the fact my package arrived within their window and safe.

Great job guys.

"Beware of this site. They advertised an item on their site which I ordered, then refused to fulfill the order due to a "pricing error". They told me this two days after I ordered it, and offered me an inferior product at the same price, which I declined of course. This is the old bait and switch tactic. Ill never shop there again."

"If I could change my review to 3 stars I would but this website doesn't allow me to?

Order took 8 days JUST TO PROCESS and hand to UPS. I am building a computer for a client and NCIX had the best price on a few parts. I'm used to getting parts in around a week from Newegg and Best Buy. I have purchased multiple items from CHINA that came to my door in under a week.

My delivery schedule date its 2 weeks from my original purchase date. And their ship time for free shipping said 5-8 business days. This is simply unacceptable in the business world. If I had known I would have paid the extra $10 for fast shipping although I do not actually know if it would have been processed any faster...

I love NCIX's youtube channel. It is informative and helpful. Their prices are good. Their website checkout process is a bit of a hassle the first time you use it, not as smooth as newegg for sure. I believe my items will arrive as described, well packaged and working. Time will tell.

UPDATE: NCIX did inform me that the power supply I ordered was being delayed so they put next day air shipping on it to arrive faster. I was thankful for this but it still arrived over 2 weeks from the order date. I wonder how long it would have taken if they didn't put next day air on it... Either way the items arrived and were excellently packaged. I boosted their review 1 star for good customer service.

"I ordered a computer case that was on sale from NCIXUS. First off, this case is out of stock at most retailers and often more expensive than the MSRP at places that have it in stock. NCIXUS already blew the rest of the retailers away with their sale. The next day, it was even cheaper and included free shipping. I emailed to see if I could get refunded the shipping cost. They quickly refunded it without me having to fight for it! It was also shipped pretty quickly considering they must have received many orders for the case."

"I just wanted to say that the customer service representative Aimee P provided the best online help I've ever received in dealings with internet purchases. Her responses were clear, concise, prompt, and above all extremely helpful. She was easy to talk to I was not afraid to ask any questions concerning my order or the website in general. She seemed to know her information and did not have to get back to me on anything. Her industriousness in assisting customers far exceeds the norm and for this reason alone I will be ordering from NCIXUS again in the future. Thanks for everything Aimee, I hope NCIXUS realizes what a great employee they have."

"Few months ago I decided to build a new computer, and decided to give NCIX a try after hearing generally positive things about them. The part I ordered was partially defective--side panels of the PC case were damaged and won't seat properly on the case. I was pressed for time and decided to build the computer in the case and sort out getting new side panels after.

I contacted for an RMA, got moved to customer service then to technical supports queue (via email) and this took a couple days. Then support and I had a few emails back and forth to assess the issue and send them images, and tech support seemed to believe they could get new side panels shipped to me without a full RMA.

Side note: you must use their website to email tech support (not regular email), but to send them pictures I had to email, not use the website--room for improvement.

From that point (Sept 5th) until (Nov 17th), I was in a loop where they said they said they had requested parts from the MFG and were waiting. I contacted them periodically to check status and always got the same response. Nov 17th I was tired of that and asked them to get me sidepanels or an RMA. Note they never contacted me in this time frame with an update, I had to ping them.

Nov 17th they claimed they had marked it as urgent and were still trying to get new side panels from the MFG and would get back to me with an update tomorrow.

Nov 20 I pinged them again finally they had idea that wasn't "waiting on the vendor", and claimed they were pulling a case out of stock and were going to send me sidepanels from that. Having still not heard anything Dec 11th I reached out again, and again was told they were taking one out of stock. They asked to confirm shipping address which I did, to which they replied they'd get me a tracking number as soon as they had it.

Holiday's went by with no sign of anything (tracking or package) so I reached out again Jan 5th. I received a response that they were checking, but claimed they didn't personally handle the shipping so weren't sure what happened.

Jan 12th I still had no reply--par for the course, so I emailed again and said I wanted a reply with an RMA because this is ridiculous and I'm fed up enough to buy another case somewhere else and move all my parts to a new case. Couple days later I get a reply saying they can't give me an RMA because it's past the 15 day period.

Note again that I initiated this process ASKING FOR AN RMA well within the 15 day period, and here I am 4+ months later still unsatisfied.

The last I heard (6 days ago) was once again they were trying to get me side panels and would ship them express to me once they did.

First time I've ever shopped NCIX and I can guarantee it's the last. There were many ways to resolve this. If the vendor can get me new side panels, great. If not, pull one out of stock and send me panels. If is tricky in your system, send me a new case in its entirety and I'll swap side panels with it and send it back. With Another co, I would have reported it was damaged and they would have cross shipped me a new case to do just that with no cost to me (shipping etc.) the first week of Sept, and I would have made it happen on their website without having to go through support and waiting days for replies at every stage of the process. Yet here I am, order placed 8/25, support contacted 9/2 and I still have a defective product with no end in sight. It's not like this was a cheap case either.

"Let me tell you all a tale of how disappointed I am at this company.

I ordered two products, they were mailed separately. Fair enough. One arrived, the other did not.
Having the shipping insurance I felt that I would at least be taken somewhat seriously. This was not the case. I was told to wait for UPS to get done with their missing parcel check, an 8-10 day long process. Understandable, but the missing item was intended as a gift and is time sensitive. I made this clear to the representative.

Long story short, I did all of the work trying to think of options that we could come to, the only thing their representative Richard cared about was a narrow minded "Refund, or replace item when UPS is done?" I asked if they could charge me for an additional piece and then mail it.
Simple. But not simple, because of tax from last month, it would require a new invoice. Ok. So lets do that. Well they couldn't because it was a Black Friday sale. Despite the fact they are going to be sending me a refund once the original is found.

I have the insurance, I never received a package. I'm trying to find solutions to solve the issue. The representative is useless. I'm done with this company.

"Second review for NCIXUS. Second negative experience.

Based on my first experience a year ago I decided not to shop at NCIXUS again. However NCIXUS had an ASUS ROG SWIFT (PG278Q) gaming monitor in stock that is very hard to get due to limited supply. I therefore decided to order it from NCIXUS.com when it was apparent that it was in stock.

I confirmed with NCIXUS by phone that it was in stock and after doing so placed an order (31 in stock at the time of the order). The initial order was voided due to apparent problems with the CVS code of the credit card I used. I re-submitted the order noting that the monitor was still in stock (10 in stock in their warehouse at the time of the order). That was on a Thursday. Payment was processed successfully this time. The order then was stuck at the Order Processing level. I called on Monday already with a premonition that NCIX had sold a monitor that was supposed to be reserved and for which payment had already been received. I was told to wait another one or two days. The next day in the early afternoon I received a message confirming my premonition stating that the supplier had run out of stock.

The fact of life is that the monitor was in stock in NCIX’s own warehouse at the time of my order. Importantly, I also note that it was still in stock the day after my order was placed and after payment had been received (there were still 6 items in stock). The ‘supplier has run out of stock’ line seems like a poor excuse for a failure that happened on the side of NCIX.

The monitor was in NCIX’s own warehouse not only when I placed the order, but even after payment was processed and the day after.

On a side note NCIXUS’s website provides inconsistent information in regards to what is and what is not in stock (it can happen that an item shows in and out of stock at the same time). Anyone who is interested can verify this (left as an exercise to the reader). So you call and initially they tell you that it is out of stock (because they are looking at the wrong place) only to revise their statement and confirm stock.

I cancelled my order.

Unfortunately, NCIXUS does not have much reliability in my book. When you call them they are polite and pleasant enough to deal with, but that is not sufficient, unfortunately.
