"NCIXUS.com is a fantastic site. I built my first desktop using PCpartpicker, and they suggested NCIXUS to buy my graphic card because I could get it for 60$ cheaper than anywhere else there. I promptly ordered, and unfortunately, they were out of stock at the time, but they still processed my order and were promptly emailing me back to keep me updated (and by an actual person, not an automation!). My graphics card is now on its way, and I was even given an extra deal because of my wait. Thanks NCIXUS!

"After purchasing, I realized the promotional price was not reflected in my invoice. I sent an email to customer care who claimed that they do not offer price protection, as my item had already shipped. I made it clear that the price had not changed, I was simply charged in excess of the promotional price advertized on the item page. They claimed there was no way of telling what the price was when I purchased the item and essentially told me "tough luck".

Update: I promptly received a call from the customer service supervisor with an apology regarding the representative who was "handling" my issue and immediately issued a credit of the promotional balance. He promised to provide better training to his associate as she was apparently a new hire."

"I recently ordered a Swiftech H320 CPU cooler from NCIX, my first time doing business with them. They were literally my only option for getting one into the US due to Swiftech's legal issues with Asatek preventing every other retailer from selling it. Unfortunately, it arrived with a dent in the radiator, and I just didn't feel comfortable putting it in my system and risking a leak. I dealt with Erick Chmara and Harley Hutton for the replacement, and they were both wonderful: courteous, quick to respond, and handled the situation very well. One of the absolute best experiences with a company that I've ever had. You just can't go wrong with NCIX, since they employ only the best! I'm so impressed that I plan to continue buying from them in the future.

Shipping gets 5 stars because I believe the damage occurred when NCIX bought the product from Swiftech (not when they shipped it to me) - the box arrived to me with no damage, and well padded inside, so it must've happened shortly after it was manufactured."
