Great Service

"A little late on rating, but I was clearing out old emails, and thought better late than never.

I spoke to ncix's customer service several times. I called to verify an item in stock, return policies, and other reasons. I'm sure that I gave them plenty of work, but each time I called, they were very helpful. Melissa A. helped throughout the process and made the experience a good one.

Flagged for Fraud and missed out on free shipping

"My order with NCIXUS was flagged for fraud by my credit card company, so the order was declined. I called the card and approved the purchase, but needed NCIXUS to approved it. I called Melissa A. who helped me out. Once the order was processed, she noticed that I didn't get my free shipping, so she promptly issued me a credit and send me the adjusted invoice. Really helpful and I will likely return to shop again."

Awesome Customer Service

"Melissa A you are the best. Being a new customer you've done an awesome job in both of my purchases. Especially today. NCIX will definitely take care of you, may take some time for customer service to get back to you but when they do, they're awesome! Mel's yet again helped me save some money, albeit $12, but free shipping goes a long way.

"So my experience has been great with NCIXUS.com...recently I bought a monitor from them and while it was enroute to me the price of it reduced substantially. I called NCIXUS and they refunded me the difference. Now they usually don't do this but it goes to show that the people working there do have high degree of customer service and are willing to throw the rule book away to satisfy. I will be shopping from them but be more patient now knowing how prices can fluctuate very often on their website. It's how they do business and it works because across the board, customers are treated to fairer prices versus the big box technology stores who offer price protection. Thank you NCIXUS! "So I found a surprise sale today on NCIXUS while looking for an SSD to make my first build--a Samsung EVO 250GB for eighty bucks and free shipping. So I loaded it up and went to checkout. It was the only item in my cart, but even though I selected the shipping mode that was supposed to come free with this item, the shipping charge still showed up in checkout. I called customer service and got Melissa A., and she arranged for me to receive a refund for the shipping charge. The refund showed up on my PayPal account inside half an hour. Suffice it to say I went back to PCPartPicker and added NCIXUS to my preferred vendor list. Billing errors happen, but the customer service was excellent. No runaround or anything; the person who answered the phone had the authority to actually fix the problem, and she did so promptly."

"The web site was a bit glitchy. I was supposed to get free ground shipping on my order but I was charged $11.99 for shipping. I contacted them by e-mail and Melissa A straightened it right out. I await a credit against my credit card. So on the whole I'm happy. I got a good price for an amazing technological toy. 8 terabytes in a single drive. Clearly it can only be a back up. A single drive that large could lose a lot of stuff if (when) it goes south. But wow! What a gadget. "

"Had to email costumer service because my order didn't get free shipping as was advertised in their promotion. Mariam B. replied to me in no time and confirmed that it qualified for free shipping and submitted a refund request, which I got promptly too. Now, if shipping times were as quick as their customer attention that would be perfection. I can see myself ordering again for the customer service and competitive, sometimes best, price."
