"You will receive your package in a nice white envelope. The parts you ordered are also sealed inside plastic so you don't have to worry about the possibility of damage. You will receive a complete set from cover to white rubber then to hinge and Its convenient that the tiny rubber is inside a plastic so it wouldn't get lost. If you are worried that the key your ordered will not fit then don't fret! Their website allows you to choose your laptop and they have simple instructions for determining what fits for you. Aside from that, they have great customer service as they were able to answer my inquiries. They also have a free guide to key installation and it's really easy to do.
