But wait, it get better. I had some FFL issues on my end - not Kentucky Gun's fault at all. The were extremely responsive and fixed everything painlessly. It was a pleasure dealing with them."

"The product is fine, fits as expected, after all it is an HK Part in an HK package.
Order process was easy. Item shipped a couple days after I ordered.
But I do have a complaint. I paid $11.99 for shipping. That was my only choice. I expected that must be 2nd Day Air or something at that price for something so small. Instead it shipped USPS snail mail. It could have been shipped for less than $1 in an envelope. After all I just got 5 lbs of ammo from another vendor, UPS Ground for $12.99.
This will definitely be a factor in choosing a supplier for my next HK Parts purchase."

It has been more than a week and I do not know where my order is. This is not acceptable, they screw up the delivery they should at least send me an email and give me an update. poor customer support."
