Shipping took longer than usual, but is to be expected in the current political climate.

"They shipped me the wrong Retay shotgun that I ordered, so I had to ship it back. They issued me a credit thinking they couldn't provide the gun. I contacted Retay directly and the rep told me they have them on hand and he would send one to Kentucky Gun for me. When I contacted Kentucky Gun to pay for it (again) they told me that the price is around 150.00 more than what I originally bought it for (only 3 weeks), and they would not honor the original purchase price, which leads me to believe that they deliberately shipped me the wrong gun, which was cheaper, I guess hoping that I would keep it. After screwing up the order you would think they would save face and their reputation and honor the price and sell me the correct gun that I ordered, but I guess the owners have no regard on how they treat their customers. STEER CLEAR AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! "
