"Purchased a Rossi 22mag semi auto from them online. They will not take a fire arm back after it has been transferred. I got the gun home and took it apart to clean before firing. It was covered in oil. Upon inspection I found a factory defect with the rifle. I shipped it back to Rossi. Rossi said the rifle was defective and could not be repaired. They would have to ship me a new firearm but the only problem is that the rifle is not in stock and Rossi had no idea when it would be in stock. So now I have to file a complaint against Rossi with the Consumer Protection Agency and the BBB. I am out close to 300.00 with nothing to show for it."
