"I purchased a Springfield EMP from them and they shipped it to my FFL dealer in California. When it arrived at my FFL he called me and said the gun was not an approved on the Calif. DOJ Roster. He immediately returned the gun to them and sent a picture of the label on the gun 's handle to me for my review. When KGC received the gun back they charged me a $130 restocking fee for their mistake!!! When I called Customer Service and attempted to resolve this problem they had no remorse or concern for my losses. They simply refused to make right their mistake! I will tell everyone I know to stay as far away from this company and their RIP-OFF methods of doing business as possible! I will try to attach the picture my FFL dealer shared with me of how apparent it was to see warning sticker on the hand grip of the pistol - (Not CA DOJ Approved)."

However, the ONE downer I experienced was I couldn't find how much the payoff amount was on their website. If that info is available there I couldn't find it. Don't have that issue at other websites I've done layaway guns on, like Bud's or Toelle Shooter Supply. "
