I live in Surprise, AZ, my package was delivered to my local dealer and I had my gun in hand within a week. Great customer service, great gun, happy customer. "Ordered a SW revolver. They cashed my check, processed FFL with my local dealer, and notified upcoming shipment. Then all of sudden, they said they did not have this item in stock due to a clerical error. This is why online vendors need to verify inventory and have the item ready to ship when charging customers. Overall, a bad experience and a complete waste of time. Their price is good, but what is a good price for if they do not have it in stock?"

"I could barely find this rifle anywhere online. After looking for hours, I found it at an auction website for $1700. Found it here at Kentucky gun company for around $1350. I did not know anything about this company. They're listed in the better Business bureau as a fantastic company. So, I took a chance and ordered this rifle Thursday night at 9:00 p.m. going into a holiday weekend. So, that means they really didn't receive the order until Friday morning. They received my order, processed it, and shipped this rifle before close of business Friday !! That's 1 day ! Monday was a holiday and I received my brand new rifle early Wednesday afternoon. They already had my FFL dealer's info on file so I did not have to mess around with getting them paperwork like other companies. Some companies have you're running around faxing or emailing you're FFL paperwork to them and half the time they don't receive it the first time and you have to send it again. The rifle showed up in perfect condition. Over many years I have purchased many firearms online through different companies. But, this was the absolute best experience out of all of them. This will not be the last firearm I purchased from Kentucky gun company, it is only the first."

"Order 109-65007. It looked great! But would not cycle correctly. Turns out the gas block was canted. And also the pin holding the gas tube into the block was missing completely. Better quality control is needed guys. After fixing these issues the upper is operating perfectly. Satisfied now!

Communication was a bit slow, took a few days to get answers to questions, but that didn't interrupt the process. They advised that if I get proof of cancelled check before their 7 day policy, it would speed up the process. I did send it, but the product shipped on the original schedule though. "I always shop here and hate leaving a bad review. I have had years of amazing customer service until now what is going on over there. I purchased al my guns, ammo, nfa items, camo, other gear here for years even when they were on the old hill in little store. Jennifer and then Nicole used to do my paperwork for NFA stuff and they were super. Always got good answers and responses and didn't spend 2 hours doing paperwork that should take less than 30 minutes tops. That department is a blackhole now. Go into store get run around, call customers service gives you run around or takes messages and the calls never get returned, get the nfa voice-mail or email their info @kygunco email and you don't receive a response for well over a week if your lucky. Really hate that its come to this no one there will answer can answer your questions besides one person that wont answer any forms of communication? Last approval was mailed out well over 3 weeks before I could get someone there to tell me it was actually there. This is not acceptable we already wait a long time for these approvals and then we have to wait longer for someone to finally open the mail. Will be taking my business elsewhere and telling everyone I know to do the same. Get one of the machines sportsman's rod and guns or shoot point blank has or someone else in that department that answers the phone. Thanks "
