"I always shop here and hate leaving a bad review. I have had years of amazing customer service until now what is going on over there. I purchased al my guns, ammo, nfa items, camo, other gear here for years even when they were on the old hill in little store. Jennifer and then Nicole used to do my paperwork for NFA stuff and they were super. Always got good answers and responses and didn't spend 2 hours doing paperwork that should take less than 30 minutes tops. That department is a blackhole now. Go into store get run around, call customers service gives you run around or takes messages and the calls never get returned, get the nfa voice-mail or email their info @kygunco email and you don't receive a response for well over a week if your lucky. Really hate that its come to this no one there will answer can answer your questions besides one person that wont answer any forms of communication? Last approval was mailed out well over 3 weeks before I could get someone there to tell me it was actually there. This is not acceptable we already wait a long time for these approvals and then we have to wait longer for someone to finally open the mail. Will be taking my business elsewhere and telling everyone I know to do the same. Get one of the machines sportsman's rod and guns or shoot point blank has or someone else in that department that answers the phone. Thanks "

They had an item I was looking for for months and they had it in stock. Another item I signed up for an alert when it came in and it was in the next day. Looks like they may know someone important or something. No matter, they seem to have or can get fairly fast whatever you're looking for.

"I ordered a Silver Eagle 12 gauge shotgun with one 10 round magazine from Kentucky Gun Company, after receiving a weekly sales email. The gun arrived at my local FFL in Tallahassee with 2 5 round magazines, not the 10 round mag as advertised. I emailed the company that i had not received what i was promised in their ad. They informed me that it was a typo and not their responsibility (problem). I tried calling and spoke with Madison. I told her what had occurred and she put me on hold to ask. She returned and said it was a typo and their was nothing they could do. Not once did the company try to make it right . They stated in a BBB reply to my letter that they attempted to find a suitable replacement and were unable. I was able in literally less than 5 minutes to find a Silver Eagle 10 round magazine through TR imports and order it and have learned it ship to me today. Their "search" for replacement was obviously not extensive or time consuming. They chose to double down on their not putting customer first . Be wary of this company when ordering online."

"Price was good on my High Point considering the ridiculous increase of prices on Guns and ammo. My only problem here was lack of communication throughout the process which I must say really surprised me. First let me say the webpage loads and you may get error that it may be a scam site (saw other people review and question it in forums). So I place an order and pay by check through text feature they offer on the site. No problems there. That was on a Thursday or Friday night. The only message I received after that was one to say the check was accepted. I submitted my FFL information, I emailed Kygunco several times and never got response so I had to call them. The guy was nice and said we got your info and FFL info etc but there was 2500 orders ahead of you so we will ship your package out as soon as we can. We will notify you when we do. I kept an eye on my order history on their website and the status never changes or updates.. I only assumed my order was finally on the way when I got updates by the shipping company and I assumed the sender address. I had to email my FFL and he confirmed that my package has arrived. In this day and age usually we get an email when you place and order,one when it's being processed, one when it ships, and usually another when they know it arrived. So my advice to KyGunCo is think about your customers and provide an update here and there. It's not that hard. Otherwise I would still shop again if there is a good deal and it's in stock."
