Way higher than other online stores!

"I have compared their prices on wigs compared to other sites and they are way HIGHER! I'm talking 10-15 dollars higher. That is too much! I understand the cornavirus has caused delays in mailing but it has picked up and I have received things shipped from CHINA faster than from this company! I order from shophairwig.com! They have shipped my orders out like the next day! House of Beauty is a NO go for me!"

Will not buy from them again

"Placed an order with a 20% coupon and upon closeout they removed the coupon and charged full price. 2 weeks of emails and calls later, not resolved. None of the 4 phone numbers were ever answered at any time of day (must have called over 20 times). Not a single email was ever answered. While I called within several times within 24 hours after ordering, I was unable to every cancel or alter my order. There must be someone at the company. Got the credit card company involved to cancel the order but finally decided to just **** it up and lose the $50.00. Will not buy from them again. You shouldn't either--they are a true risk for money loss."

Do not buy from!!!.

"I ordered some items over a month ago. They were charged to my card I have yet to receive any of them. I received an email three weeks ago saying it was shipped with tracking information below and all the tracking information had was that a shipping label was made. I have contacted them by email and by telephone which they won't answer. Avoid this company!!!"

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

"I only received half of my order almost two months after making it only to find out that half of the stuff had been sent. It’s now three or four months after and I STILL haven’t received the other half. There was a paper in the box that said they would send me an email when the rest and I haven’t heard ANYTHING"

HOB is a Fraudulent Company

"This company stole money from me. I made a large order before the COVID-19 pandemic. I only received part of my order which included a hand written note that the rest of my order would be mailed Friday. What Friday that would be was not given. I have called and emailed numerous times that my order was never completed. No One has contacted me after almost 3 months. They marked on their site order delivered, but never completed the order. They are simply thieves using the COVID-19 pandemic as a cover to avoid making contact with customers to resolve issues.

Horrible Customer Service

"Got my package and I was missing 2 items in which the paperwork they send said I was gonna be refunded. Waited a week for my refund and nothing, proceed to email and call them multiple times and no answer whatsoever. 2 months had pass since the packed arrive and I still don’t have my refund."

"I ordered my hair products May 30th received them June 28th I get it COVID19, but to wait patiently and not to receive my full order or my refund of the missing item. Then I left emails ,tried calling no response. The reason why I gave them two stars,because I really like the two out three products I received. First time ordered

"This was my first time ordering with House of Beauty. After reading a lot of horrible reviews I was skeptical. I placed my order on June 5th 2020 and I received it today June 22nd. I think 17 days is a reasonable amount of time to get my order considering the covid pandemic. My order came sealed and packaged nicely. I can’t wait to use my products! HOB thank you for having my conditioner that I have used over 10 years that I could not find anywhere else. Their prices are amazing. I will order all my hair products from them from now on and let my family and friends no to do the same. Some one left a review stating only family or friends would leave HOB a good review...well I am not either. I am just a regular person who came across their website while looking for my Rusk conditioner and decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did. I do agree they need to change their VM. Other then that they kept me updated with emails and tracking info. I paid with Amazon Pay it’s the way to go. Happy customer Cindy from Ct."

"This is the worst company that has ever existed. They have NO customer service skills and will steal your money without delivering any product. Don't bother calling or emailing them. Poor Customer Care! Still waiting on my stuff....

"I placed my order May 6, 2020 today is May 23. I do not have an email about my order. I received an email stating that it would take 2-4 business days in order to process my order. Two days later I received another email that which stated it would take 8-14 business days to process and ship my order. Friday May 22 was the 14th day and I have NO email update. The email also stated “we work 7 days a week and do our best to ship your order out as soon as possible” if this is your “best” I’d hate to see what it looks like when you have an off day! Not to mention you state you work 7 days a week but process orders M-F. I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase. I guess they get to send me my stuff when they feel like! Good thing I only spent $50

Update! It’s June 6 still nothing, no response to my phone calls or emails. Just trash! Ordered my products from somewhere else and I have them!
