No merchandise, No communication!

"Purchased items on 5/4/20. Order number HOB-1358707. They immediately charged my credit card for the purchase $110.43. Received an email that it would take up to 14 business days for receipt. That was 5/22. Have tried emails and phone calls to two different numbers. No response on emails and the recording on the phone is saying they are closed. Do not order from these people."

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

"I made a purchase on their website on 5/10 and was charged 5/11. To this day, 14 BUSINESS days later and after three consecutive e-mail attempts, I’ve received NO package and NO communication back from the seller. Tip: If you decide to still shop at this unprofessional company, I suggest you pay with Amazon Pay because they (Amazon Pay) make the refund claim process seamless. I also suggest you keep any and all emails you receive from Amazon Pay because at the bottom of those emails (when you finally get fed up waiting for your order) is the link to see your past Amazon Pay activities. Click that, login in with your credentials and voila, request a refund on your order. Make sure to do this within 30 days of your initial order; otherwise, you will lose the ability. But House of Beauty World doesn’t tell you this because they want the claim clock to run out (hence the 14 BUSINESS days to even SHIP the product nonsense). Don’t fall for it. A business should not be in business if they cannot for fulfill an order and ship it within two weeks (10 business days)."

"Hello, how are you? I made a purchase on April 28, order number HOB-1342588. The amount of 50.15 euros was deducted from my account. However, even though I received your confirmation and after making the payment correctly, I did not receive the goods. I want the cancellation, because not even the product tracking is visible on the website. I have already sent 4 emails to your contact, I have been trying to contact you for 3 weeks without any feedback. I need an URGENT answer about my cancellation!"

I wish I would have read review instead!

"Trying to be prepared to go back to work, And not wanting to use disposable, I ordered 20 capes. That was 4/29/20. On 5/7/20 I received an email that said my order was packed and shipped. I tracked shipping several times, and all it continued to say that it receive it was on 5/29/20, that the label was created but not received. This morning 5/25/20 I received an email saying my order was refunded and it would be in my account in 2-3 business days without saying why, being that I didn’t cancel the order. I’m hoping that I actually do receive my refund, because by the reviews, it sounds like this company is untrustworthy. "

"I placed an order and understood that due to the current situation shipping would be delayed. I have contacted and tried to call only to have a recording state that I should call the customer service number on the web site.... ok but that's the number I first dialed to hear the recording... anyhoodles this just seems like a **** show so I need my money back "

Wish I could leave 0 stars

"In a period of 3 weeks, I received the same generic email message stating they were experiencing delays due to the pandemic. Understandable. The first message stated 2 to 4 days, then the rest were up to 8 to 14 days. After 3 weeks of my order being "in process", I contacted customer service to cancel my order. The next day, I received an email message informing me my order had shipped. What a coincidence. When it finally arrived, I opened the box and noticed the entire contents of one of the jars had spilled into the box, while the other jar was taped shut to avoid it from opening during shipment. Why not tape both? I emailed customer service immediately and have not heard a word from them. Never again!!! This company should not be allowed to do business if they treat their customers like this."

They sent me an expired product

"They send me expired products
I had an order that took me twice the expected time. Ok, we’re in middle of a pandemic and I could understand that. However, when my order arrive I realized one of merchandisers were one year expired! Yep! They send me a product that expired a year ago. I’ve tried to contact the store and nothing, I got nothing.
It’s total chaos! It’s a shame such an old store got to treat its costumers like this, now. I totally regret buying there!

Horrible! Don't spend your money here!

"Horrible! Don't spend your money here. I placed an order on 4/20/2020 and it is still in process. I cancelled my order today and I am waiting on a response. I have not received any products and the customer service number has been closed with the same message since the order date (18666367581). I have emailed the following email addresses: ordershob... & supportgroup... in regards to the coupon and free shipping that was not applied to my order to no avail. My next step is to contact the PA attorney General's office. They are stealing people's money at the worst time. I know other reliable sites are more expensive but don't trust this merchant. Disgusting behavior!

"I ordered almost $500 of product for my business from this site no word from them at all until 2 weeks later. Then I get an email blaming Covid 19 stating it will take 10 business days from the order date to process the order. ITS BEEN 10 BUSINESS DAYS ALREADY. Do not do it you will waste your money. This site is a scam!"

"I ordered from this website and my total was $128.00 this was 2 weeks ago. I have sent 9 emails. No response, there’s no tracking numbers when I look on line it says processing. Nobody has money to wastes people go online for cheaper deals. I should have read the reviews on this website. Lesson learned"

Step far away from this business

"If there was a negative star rating I would give this company negative 5 stars -It stated free shipping for orders over 55$- yet I was charged $14.95 for shipping for a 85$ order. When I called about it I was told they charge if it over 10 lbs- but it weighed 7.5 lbs so I told them to cancel the order. I was told it would be canceled but they did not cancel it, they processed it and shipped it. You will be ripped off. They lied about free shipping then failed to cancel the order after I was told they would. It is in your best interest to move on to another company."

Worst experience in my life!

"Their system scrambled my address so it would have never been delivered.I sent emails and tried contacting them to fix it, but they're ghosts.
In 4 weeks I couldn't get them on the phone and received an email on the third week that it was already shipped and that was it.
Luckily, the irish post managed to trace the package that had been held because the address was nonexistent and they managed to deliver it to me. If this didn't happen then I would have lost a fortune on the shipping that these *** don't reimburse.

By far the WORST business and customer service I've ever experienced in my life.

I have not received my item

"I have not received my items. I would like my money back. You get what you pay for. I purchased with this company without doing me research. I should have looked at the reviews first. I have left numerous emails. I have called multiple times, no one answers the phone so I left messages with no return phone calls. I am going back and forth any more for basic common courtesy and professionalism. I tried to support this business, never again. For the headache I will pay full price. Lesson learned on my end. "

Damaged item

"I have never ordered from this company before and receive my package today with the item poorly made. It is a drawstring ponytail brand that I usually buy but this one came defective with the tracks loose and poorly sewn in. The color was off and the shininess was also different from the other ones I have received in the past. I called the customer service number on the invoice and got an automated phone line where no one would answer. It gives you the option to leave a voicemail but when you try to leave it you are unable to. I purchased this item for my birthday and not sure if it is even wearable. I am very disappointed. To top it off they just folded the package in half and shoved it into an envelope. I will stick with Amazon in the future."
