Should not get any stars

"Worst company ever placed order they took my money then sent me an email saying it shipped when actually they just created a shipping lable still no package and have sent several emails daily as this is only way to contact them per they dont offer any other ways and I just keep getting generic emails someone will respond in 24 hours um that's was days ago still no response worst service ever and really think this company is fraudulent "

Stay Away

"Contacted them via their email on packing slip to arrange for a return, since they give no instructions on the packing slip. Got an automated response that said they would review my email. Did not hear back from them so after a few days I called. Had to leave a message. Provided full contact info. Never heard from them, except several weeks later received automated email from them asking for a review from me. I obliged."

Never ever use House of Beauty

"I placed an order on the 19th of October 2020, paid the $52 (yes $52) shipping cost and my order only half arrived.
I have sent multiple emails via their "customer service" contacts and not once have I received a reply other than the generic "we received your email"
When you pay hefty shipping costs, you expect the items to be delivered.
I would give them NO STARS if I could, I am completely furious.....

Should anyone from HOB actually see this - Order 1562544. First "request' - 141374 19th December, 27th Dec & 8th Jan. SECOND request -148339 8th Jan

Bad customer service... not received my order yet

"I have ordered my products close to thanksgiving (Nov. 30th) and we are done with Christmas and I still haven't received it. I have sent several emails and called multiple times but no response. The have already charged me for the order but no sign of knowing when I will receive it. The tracking number they have provided doesn't update and customer service just says "sorry for the inconvenience". It is Jan 11th, 2021 and I have no clue when I will get my order. They are blaming it on USPS, I have ordered so many things online this holiday season but haven't had a delay of 40 days and not sure how many more days it will take to finally receive it. Very bad customer service."

"If I could rate this a ZERO STAR I would. There is no communication from anyone at this business!! Purchased and item and I would like to return it. It's never been opened or used so no issues there. I have emailed three times, and called countless times only to get a voice-mail that is FULL so I can't even leave a message. Beware... this company is a JOKE!!"

Horrible service

"I cannot give 0 stars. Now I was told that I would be refunded but House of Beauty world is playing games and doesn't want to refund me in full although they said that they would. I was sent an email that there would be NO RESTOCKING FEE. HE TOLD ME REFUSE THE PACKAGE AND THATS WHAT I DID!! I'm done. I do not even want to speak to that rude disrespectful man again. The management is horrible.
You guys be careful. Make sure that you pay with Amazon pay or go through your credit card company if you have a good company to help you fight them. Their customer service is horrid and they try to take your money even after you sent the item back and they promised you they would refund you fully. They lie. Find another company that will respect your purchase and your patronage. I should never have to go through all this.

DON’T BE LIKE ME!

"DON’T BE LIKE ME!

The recent reviews left for this business have to be staged man. Cause HOB is a joke. Before ordering anything from them...just go ahead and call their number listed on Google. Legit business are able to be contacted by telephone..or even email... but HOB is very unprofessional and not legit at all.

I went online to their website which looked legit..paid for a few items and was even sent a tracking number for my items. For whatever reason..every time I’d go to track my package...the day would go up another day. So I checked it October 10, it said package would be delivered by the 15th. Then I’d check tracking on October 16th, it would say delivery would be the 16th and so on. Now it’s saying the 27th or something.

After calling it rang, no answer. No call back. I emailed requesting my order to be canceled and a refund. Several days later, I get an email saying I will be refunded 11 bucks when I spent 50. Umm..yeah they’re weird. So I reported they’re business and now am in a dispute. Don’t be like me! Either order legit or just go to the store yourself!

THE WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED. NEVER PURCHASE WITH THESE GUYS

"WAITED A MONTH FOR PRODUCT... BEING IN AUSTRALIA I EMAILED THEM WITHIN HALF HOUR OF MY PURCHASE TO LET ME KNOW IF PLUG WAS AUSTRALIAN OR IF I NEEDED AN ADAPTOR. NO RESPONSE, EMAILED AGAIN 2-3 DAYS LATER, NO RESPONSE. THEN THEY WANTED ME TO REVIEW THEIR SERVICE AS I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THEY HAD DISPATCHED MY ITEM. (WHAL CLIPPERS) I GAVE THEM A CRAP REVIEW AND WAS SO FRUSTRATED THAT NO ONE HAD CONTACTED ME. IT FOR A BIRTHDAY GIFT!!!! ANYWAY I ENDED UP GIVING IT TO MY HUSBAND AS A FATHER'S DAY GIFT INSTEAD. COOL! HE'S A PAST HAIRDRESSER SO HE WAS RAPT TO SEE NEW CLIPPERS. HE OILED IT AS NORMAL BEFORE FIRST USE. WELL, SMOKE STARTS COMING OUT AND IT'S OVERHEATING. NOT NORMAL!!! EMAILED, FACEBOOKED MESSAGED.... STILL NO RESPONSE. I'LL BE REPORTING THESE GUYS 100% "

SCAM COMPANY

"I placed and got charged on June 10th and received an email on the 23rd notifying Me, my order had shipped. The tracking a month later still shows only a label has been created! They took my money and scammed me! I will be disputing this with my bank. Buyers beware!"
