The reviews in the website ARE A FALSE REPRESENTATION of actual TrustPilot.com reviews it has counterfeited or cherry picked to produce the false high satisfaction ratios.

"I am so sorry I did not research this company before shopping with them. They are beyond pitiful. I ordered three items and only received two. I contacted customer service and was advised to send an image of the items I received in error and I would be sent a prepaid label to send back the incorrect items. I tried to explain that I did not receive items in error and was only trying to get the item I ordered. I received the same response. After two more attempts, I finally realized they have no intentions of actually helping me with my issue. They pretend to misunderstand what you are asking so they don't have to help you. I paid for these items upfront. I sent them an image of my invoice and they did not respond. This is not customer service. I should have researched before I shopped. I should have been suspicious when I saw they did not accept Paypal. Please do not give your money to this bogus company unless you want to give money away. Save yourself the aggravation.
