In order to provide the best pricing to the customers we manufacture the glasses in our overseas production facilities, and they are initially delivered from there. Our production and shipping details are listed on our website as well under "shipping policy".
There are 2 shipping options available:
The first option is standard shipping, which takes 14–21 working days and the second is priority shipping, which takes 10 to 12 business days.

"I ordered 2 pair of transition glasses for my 7-year old daughter who plays softball and needs sunglasses to protect her eyes. I placed the order on March 27, 2024 and anticipated receiving them in 10 days or so. After 2 10 days passed with still no glasses, I contacted Goggles4U and was told the glasses were produced and should be shipped soon. After another week with no glasses, I called 2 more times, and was finally told by the last customer service agent that there was an issue with the glasses being held up by customs and all the 1000 plus glasses in that shipment had to be redone. I was very frustrated because my daughter needed the glasses, AND I had not received any communication from the company regarding the delay. I checked my email numerous times but no email was sent to me regarding the long delay in receiving the glasses. The customer service representative said that all people affected by the delay should have gotten an email, but I informed him that I did not get one. And as a loyal customer for years, I was highly disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication from Goggles4U. We finally received the glasses 1 month after I placed the order, and the softball season is almost over unfortunately. I have not received compensation for the delay or even a phone call or email response from the company. I am very disappointed and am likely to NOT purchase glasses from here again."
