"Good glasses, fair price, good customer service"

"i ordered these after one of my three year old pair of glasses broke. I picked out a frame that matched the one that broke. I was not expecting much because I did not have all the personal touches. I was pleasantly surprised. I have a progressive lens, so I was most concerned about how that would work. Bottom line, the glasses are comfortable, the lenses are as good any I purchased in the expensive eye glass places, and they were delivered to my door. The only reason I did not give them a five is because of how long they took to arrive and how little information I had on shipping. I was expecting about 10 days. It was more like 20 days. They gave me a note saying the order was received. They sent me a message when they went to Drop Ship. Then I got a message from the US post office saying they were in LA. I live on the east coast, so it took another 4 days to arrive. But the glasses are so good, I just ordered another pair of the same frames, but with photo gray lenses."

"I ordered the glasses early in April. Called customer service about two weeks after the transaction to check on the status of order. I agent was rude in stating that the order was being processed, no more information would be given... Called a week later to a rude customer agent started stating company policy. After nearly a month dealing with googles4u and several rude emails fro.googles4u, glasses arrived... Excellent quality glasses.. horrible customer service..."
