"Terrible, terrible, did I mention TERRIBLE company?
I placed an order for a white gold and emerald Celtic ring on June 26, for what I thought was supposed to be delivery by July 3. Not long after, I got an email saying that the ring would be delivered between July 10 and 12. Confused, I emailed the company and asked what was going on. They said that due to a glitch on their website the delivery date for a ring with "heirloom" emeralds should have changed the date, which defaults to a piece with synthetic emeralds. Okay, fair enough; I was willing to wait a little longer for a quality product.
July 9 rolls around and out of curiosity I decided to email them and ask if my ring was still coming between the 10th and 12th. Well, that didn't happen because it was "delayed in quality control," and would be "shipping out on the 12th." This is where I began to get frustrated.
Anyway, July 12 comes and I ask them if it was shipped out yet. No immediate response. I used the chat function on their website on July 13 and a rep told me it was "shipping out tomorrow." This was now three different answers. I later got a reply to my email telling me that it was shipping out the following Tuesday. If you're keeping score, that's now four different answers to the same inquiry.
Unsurprisingly, it didn't ship out that Tuesday because "some orders were delayed in transit reaching us." Now we're up to five answers. It didn't actually ship out until Friday July 21. And multiple times in my email conversations with this worthless company, they suggested I could buy a gift card instead. If I wanted to buy a gift card, I would've bought one A MONTH AGO WHEN I ORDERED THE RING.
The ring gets delivered today by FedEx and it is the single most disappointing piece of jewelry I've ever seen. Super thin, barely visible emeralds, and looks like something out of a quarter machine. It's going back post haste. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!"

"Placed an order for an infinity neckless in PLENTY of time. It was schedule to arrive on June 27th. My anniversary is today (7/11) and they still can't give me a shipping date or tracking number. What is funny (not funny) it their website shows my order was shipped on the 22nd, but I have IN WRITING an email stating that isn't a real shipping date.
They do not communicate via phone or chat message. Email only. It also typically takes several days before they respond. The good news is I have documentation the product never shipped, the bad news is one of the gifts for my wife isn't coming.
Also interesting is if I agreed to pay an additional $20 for higher quality diamonds it could be shipped immediately. While $20 isn't a lot on a $600 purchase, it made me realize they are not intending to ship my gift, and are hoping to scam more money. Stay away from Glencara.com. It is an absolute scam."
