"I’ve had a nightmare experience with this company. You name it. It’s gone wrong. The ring changed colour while in the original packing. When I took it out for my wedding it was a terrible orange instead of rose gold. I’ve exchanged it three times now. They sent the wrong size and then they sent a misshapen ring that wouldn’t fit anyone’s finger. They don’t respond to emails and their phone line doesn’t work. They have all these reviews on their website with no way to leave a review, leading me to believe they’re all made up. I emailed over a month ago and still haven’t received a response. Still don’t have a wedding band I can wear three months after my wedding. You also have to pay all your own postage for exchanges and they don’t send you any tracking so it just shows up or not whenever. They also say they will send a confirmation email when the order ships but I’ve never received one. I could go on. Don’t waste your time here. "

"I ordered a bracelet for Christmas, and it arrived very different from the image advertised in very poor packaging - tried to contact customer service for a refund or returns, but it took me more than a week - replies sent to my request were copied and pasted off a canned reply on shipment delivery delays during the Holiday season - which was not relevant to my query.
Customer Support in chat is shockingly bad and they don't have a minimum of empathy or human touch.
The bracelet was broken and the clasp was not working making it impossible to wear. The Item wasn't fit for purpose. I'm a big fan of buying local products from local companies but buying the same item on Amazon would have been less hassle and a better outcome, considering that this was a Christmas present for my partner.

"I ordered a chain which glencara promised would be delivered before Christmas. It wasn't delivered before Christmas with excuses used 'postal delays' & ' batch delayed in transit' an post delivered to me and my neighbours on the days the order should have arrived and when I informed Glencara of this they then said it was 'maybe a batch delayed in transit' whatever that means... I received the order after Christmas but the chain was too short. I ordered 18 inch length and received 15.6 many emails later to customer support and no reply. I tried the online support and it cut me off 3 times. Their strategy is to ignore me but I will not give up. "
"Very bad experience. Was promised delivery before Christmas and January 2nd still not arrived. Got a tracking email saying no access at 8.22pm and will try again tomorrow. I think isn't true as usps stop delivery at 5pm and I was in house at 8.22pm. Not happy. When contact company it's an automated email saying so busy and not able to access email as a small company and so busy I wibt use again and am seeking money back from my bank "
"Ordered items for Xmas, never recieved, looked like an idiot on Xmas day with my family. Poor communication, ratings on their site are bogus, as are many others, check trust pilot etc, got a real bad name. "
"Back on the 13th of December, I inquired about my order. Glencara provided a tracking number for the order. The tracking number shows that the order was delivered to the billing address (in Illinois), instead of the shipping address (in Florida).
I worked with the post office to retrieve the order. It was sent to the street address in Florida, but I Illinois.
I have tried to get Glencara to help me, however, I received no response from them. Once they received my money, they provided no support, not even an email response as to what happened.
I would strongly recommend that you think twice before ordering anything from Glencara. They are only interested in selling a product, but have absolutely no customer support."
