"My husband bought a ring in December last year for a Christmas gift. It didn't arrive in time even after paying the extra for a guaranteed delivery for Christmas. When it was finally received only a few weeks later the stone fell off the ring. I sent it back to them in January (it is now May) and I am still waiting for it to be returned. I have emailed them several times and keep getting the same response, its being held up in post. I have requested a refund and they have not answered this email at all. Poor service, poor product. Do not recommend at all, will pay extra and buy locally next time."

"Only shipped one item of my order. I ordered two necklaces but only received one. The chain broke after wearing a couple of days. The original order was placed on March 3, 2023. It's now May 2, 2023, and no necklace. They refuse to credit me for the item not received because they tell me it is in transit. So sorry I ever did business with this company. The absolute worse company I have ever done business with. I wish I would have checked out the reviews on the BBB website prior to ordering. It's 53.00 they owe me. Just credit my card already."
"5 out of 5 stars!! I had ordered a Claddagh Ring as a replacement for one my nana had gotten me as a child, I was skeptical on the sizing at first but it fits perfectly! Delivery time was exceptional as I'm located in Canada and knowing they had a large amount of orders to fulfill, I anticipated I'd need to be patient. It came in 2 weeks! I feel so proud to have my little piece of Ireland with me again definitely planning on coming back for more for my nieces and nephews."
"After it being ordered last month a package arrived but it's nothing like what I ordered.They sent a cross made from silver without the diamonds I paid for. To make matters even worse they also sent a chain 2 inches short. I will be sending it back Monday morning and if need be I will be flying over to see them personally at their office to get my money. "I really don't know how to proceed and where to ask for help. I really liked a ring and wanted to purchase it. On the webiste payment type by Card or Paypal. I have no Paypal. Paying by card absolutely not working, chatting online they are aware of it, but they won't fix it or delete that payment type. After several online chats, I received an Invoice in email to pay it. Invoice was still for Paypal method only. Back again on online chat, they finally resent me another Invoice where I was finally able to process the payment by card. Back again on online chats to find out about when it will be shipped..for few days only "promisses" that the order is with the Manager and one day saying they will get back to me within 2hrs. After one day, nothing. Next day chatting, promisses is still with the Manager and they will get back to me in 15mins. Still nothing. I am really very dissapointed. Phone nr on website is what phone if absolutely never answers anyone??? You write emails, no replies. From online chats, only promisses. Money were taken from my card, but I haven't a clue what is going on and when they will ship the ring. I have to say this company should think about the way they deal with their clients. If the ring will arrive, I will never ever recommend this site to anyone. Total mess and not serious. Sorry, Glencara. "
