I would give zero if i could. Do not order from this company!!! I ordered a ring for my daughters birthday to commorate the death of my Mother in June who was born in Galway . I paid for the guaranteed 1-2 day delivery. The item didn't arrive. I emailed as the tracking number doesn't work and I got no resolution. Live customer service chat also doesn't work as it fobs you off and says someone will email you which they won't and haven't. Obviously I will be doing a claim back through my credit card company. Be warned this is a scam site and you won't receive the goods or get hold of anyone. Do not buy from them!!!

"I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent order experience on your website. Despite paying for express shipping with a promised delivery date, the item has not arrived as agreed upon. Numerous attempts to contact your customer service have gone unanswered until a week later, with a disappointing response that the order cannot be cancelled and will only arrive next week.
This unacceptable delay has forced me to make another purchase, rendering the ordered item useless to me. Despite my repeated requests for a full refund, your offer of a 15% discount is inadequate and does not address the significant inconvenience caused.
This experience has left me highly disappointed and frustrated. I expect a prompt resolution and a full refund for the item that is still in your warehouse."
"I was assured by Glencara that the item was in stock and would be delivered within 3 days, on the 2nd of November so I placed order, the item was a Birthday gift for my wife, once they recieved my payment of £348.29 they emailed me saying they didn't have the item and it would be delivered on the 15th, they did not deliver so I asked them to cancel the order and give me a refund they have refused telling that the order has been shipped, no confirmation of this shipment and no tracking number or courier information, under Irish and EU consumer law I am entitled to cancel an order and get a full refund, this company have lied about delivery dates, lied about delays due to quality control issues and have not shipped this item, BUYERS BEWARE"
"We ordered a claddagh ring on October 27, 2023. It was supposedly shipped on Nov. 7, 2023. We were sent a USPS tracking number. Nine days later USPS has no record of a shipment and the status remains that a shipping label was created. Contacted the seller with no response. It feels as if this company is not legitimate. Too many five star reviews here vs. nearly 20% one star with nothing in between. "
