"Not only did Discount mugs not print my polo shirts correctly, they actually have missing art that was supposed to be printed. They never sent me proof and used their ONLINE SYSTEM to approve the art. Now the shirts look like garbage and they refuse to reprint them. The said because of their limitations they can not help. I told them that if they had limitiations that they should have noted that before printing.
I have used Discount mugs for almost 10 years and these last few orders have made me so upset. The last order I paid for rush production and rush shipping and the full order never arrived in time. Before that I paid for blind shipping and the sent the order with their contact info on the packaging.
Every time I have a problem they just keep trying to give me a stupid store credit which I am sick of "
