"I was trying to update a design that I had previously ordered with our new logo but when I uploaded the file of the new logo it showed up in the preview very blurry. I tried multiple file types and it was still blurry. I hopped on the chat and got a response from Jaun in seconds. He asked me to send them my file through the chat and told me he would take care of it for me and make sure everything was clear and centered. He sent me a link with the invoice to check out and I was all set! "
"I chatted with a DM rep prior to ordering. They immediately offered to help design the water bottle with my logo while explaining the process to me. I was assured production doesn't begin until I approve the design. Offering my EIN to receive tax exemption was easy, and I was offered 15% my order which was recognizable in the order I received prior to payment. I will be coming back to DM for another order for the next race I'm organizing."
