"The checkout process was a pain since their system wouldn't accept the correct shipping address. I had to use the chat feature and fortunately, the agent, Madonna, was extremely helpful and got it corrected.
But they really need to update their entire checkout system. What should have taken 30 seconds, took me almost 10 minutes.
It's not very modern and doesn't instill a lot of confidence as I enter my credit card info, hoping that it's all secure.
A little redesign and reprogramming would go a long way.
Their prices are definitely competitive and I'll update the review once the product arrives."

"Reached company online. Only contact I saw was a response form which I completed. But, there was no order number, payment, etc. Starting with a chat, I got an efficient account rep, Madonna Reyes, who did a great job fulfilling my order. They already had a design I made on their site and attached to the response form which Madonna found and expedited. Great company!"
