"My wife liked White Samsung Galaxy Mini, so I wanted to by one for her birthday. When I found it online @ Cells4u, I called them and talk to Juliet (I do not like to order stuff online from companies I dont know without talking to them first). I explained what I wanted and asked what she thinks about this phone, feedback from customers... She recomended Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 because it is newer, faster, better camera, etc...
After reserching it online I found that she was right. I called back and ordered it.
Thanks to Juliet, I got my wife's birthday present on time and this is with no electricity, storms and other adventures...
She made sure that special day was special, my wife loves her new Samsung Ace.
I will be buying my new Samsung Galaxy SII from Juliet @ Ceels4u

"Ordered on 11/13/2011, today is 12/5/2011. Still nothing received. Online status shows "shipped"...no date...no tracking info...no communication. At least they list a phone number and address...I'll follow up with that tomorrow (it's late).

Update--I followed up the next day and found the customer service department to be very helpful, apologetic, and prompt in resolving the problem. They shipped a replacement (2-day shipping), called to confirm shipment, called to confirm receipt (it required a signature, a good thing during the holiday season or if a shipment goes missing), and corrected any and all complaints I initially had. I have ordered from them previously (without a problem) and they handled this situation very nicely. They will get my future cell phone business. Thank you to all three customer service reps involved!

"This review is for a Nokia N9 that I had purchased through Cells4u. In brief, I placed the order on Nov 1st (around 2pm) and received the product on Nov 17th (around 2pm.) This is just he face value of what had happened.

My order was kind of special, not many merchants agree to do, an amount on paypal and the rest on credit card (since I couldn't split the payment up on paypal.) When I placed my order on the 1st, I was told that the order will be shipped out on the 2nd and I would receive it on the 9th. However, I did not receive any tracking number until the 7th, so I called back on the 7th, and they told me that they were out of power for the entire week, so they were unable to process any orders as their system was down. They said that they would ship it out soon, and that I could expect it by the 11th. I received a tracking number on the 9th, I was kind of happy, however, even on the 11th, it wasn't shipped or so said the the website. I called USPS, and they confirmed that they hadn't received the shipment. I tried calling back Cells4u and they said that they would ship it out in Priority Mail. and gave me another tracking number. The same thing happened with this one, and I had called back in on Monday, and the girl who handled my case, Juliet, promptly took it upon her, went the extra mile to make sure I received it soon. That night I received that it was on it's way. I finally received it on the 17th.

Once I received it, I found that the case (that came with the phone) was missing, and I called them and let them know. The sent it to me along with another leather phone pouch!

Except for the Paypal payment (of $400), the balance amount was charged only after I received the product and called back in to let them know that I had received it. In fact they gave me a further $10 off from what they were selling the product at that point.

Considering that the entire experience didn't go very smooth, however the way they decided to compensate for their slow process, and based on the assurance that they are moving from USPS to UPS, I'll definitely give them another try.

"Buyer Beware! Ordered my phone more than 24 days ago and still have yet to get it! It took 22 days to get a tracking order, which just means it's registered to ship when the company gets around to dropping it off. Called USPS and verified they have not received the package. When I call customer support, I was told they have shipped it and I will receive it Saturday, (same phrase I heard last week and the week before.) They also tell me that they cannot cancel the order because the phone has already been shipped. Once again, I verified USPS has not received the package from them yet.

When I email their customer support I received the comment, "We haven't charged your card yet." Even though there is a full price charge from this company on the next day after the purchace. Buyer Beware. You have been warned.

I'm starting my countdown before I can claim mail fraud against this company. 6 days and counting. Guess at least some joy in knowing if I don't actually get it this Saturday, maybe this company can be shut down to prevent them from doing this to anyone else.

"Horrible and unreliable!! I placed a pre-order last Nov. They sent a fake email saying the order was shipped in March this year. I waited and called a million times. After I got a chance to talk to someone, they gave me a fake tracking numbers. I still have not yet received my order as of today."

"The service from cells4u.com is SUPERB. I ordered the Sony Ericsson ST18 xperia on Monday and they shipped it on Wednesday morning. However, I was browsing through the Internet and found out that I ordered a wrong phone. I immediately called them and they fixed the issue straight away. I had to send the first package back and I did not had to pay. I know other companies that I dealt with would never let me send the phone back right away without issuing the RMA. In my case, the issue was solved pretty faster than I had expected. I talked to representative, she was very respectful and knowledgeable about the situation. She looked after my order and took care of it until it was solved. I never asked her name though but she sounded young though. She was extremely nice and I can never forget how she handled my case really good. The second order took few days more but it was worth of waiting because i knew i would not get this kind of service anywhere else and their prices are good. This was my first order with them and I always will order with them. This experience made me their customer forever!
Thank you for providing me excellent service. I will order soon and also let my friends know:) love the new phone!

"I'm returning customer of cells4u, their service has been great. This time it was little slow but still acceptable. I've been told that they are trying hard to remedy the siuation with some slowness in order delivery.
Overall They have great phones at good prices and good customer service. I would recommend them.

"To Whom it may Concern,





I have purchased a phone from your company and got very dissatisfied with the service I have received. Let me make this clear, I, Ravshan Latypov, ordered Blue Sony Ericsson k850i on September 24th, 2011. After few days I have received an email saying that my order is canceled, and after hour or two I received a call from Customer Support, Lady saying that there is some problems with Google Checkout. She wanted me to directly order it from web site. I agreed got online right away and ordered directly from web site www.cells4u.com and I asked her when my order will be shipped out and she said after 2 days. So if I placed the second order on Monday 26th of September my order should have been shipped out on Wednesday 28th of September. After 4 days since I ordered the cell phone, I decided to check for the status of my order, so I went to web site www.cells4u.com and logged on and I clicked on "Review Orders/Track Packages" and I saw the status of my order saying "Processing"; there was no tracking number or anything.

I decided to call "Customer Service" it was Saturday on the following week" A lady picked up. I told her that my package is not shipped out as it was promised; she said she cannot provide me any tracking info., since its a weeked and she has no access to that database. She asked me for my e-mail and said they will e-mail me the Tacking number on Monday. I gave my e-mail and I Thanked her and wished her a Great Weekend!!! and hanged up the call. Monday up and I checked my e-mail but there was nothing and I thought, I'll check once again on Tuesday. So next day on Tuesday I checked and there was no e-mail with any tracking number and web to web site www.cells4u.com and checked my order status there as well and it said "Processing".

I called back to Customer Service and a lady provided me with a random number tracking number, I asked her to stand by while I check it. I entered tracking number in www.usps.com and it they had no info about the tracking number, I told her that and she said it will take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be update it and she also said "USPS RARELY UPDATE THE INFO" (which is NOT TRUE!) and I said ok and hanged up. After 56 hours I checked to tracking number status said "Electronic Shipping Info Received, October 04, 2011"

It has been 9 days and Cells4U company just made their for move by purchasing a sticker for a package. After 3 days I checked back with package tracking and there was NO Update other than saying "Electronic Shipping Info Received, October 04, 2011(which is means, Label for the package was purchased on October 04, 2011) I got mad the way Cells4U made a fool out of me (I am not the only one who got fooled by them !)

I called my Bank and Disputed the transaction; After I Disputed the transaction I called Customer Service saying that I opened a dispute on the transation, after two days after I called I checked my order status said "Acceptance, October 12, 2011, 5:18 pm" (which is means Cell4U has dropped the package for the shipping on the October 12th.) I received the package on "Delivered, October 14, 2011, 11:00 am" When I opened the I wasn't expecting a used phone, I was expecting a Brand New Blue Sony Ericsson (I received green) with original headphones not Sony Ericsson Walkman headphones. Overall I am very dissatisfied with the Customer Service I have received. I am not going to do business with someone who doesnt know how to do it!

In the end, I would recommend AVOIDING CELLS 4 U AT ALL COSTS. They have cheap prices but the stress that will occur is not worth the $20-30 in extra savings."

"i purchased daul sim phone. i ordered on 28th sep 2011 and i got with in 2 days means u can see how fast shipping is. means very fast shipping 2nd thing i got this product in goog packing nothing is damage and it is in very good condition they sent by usps.and the third most imp thing is customer representative is excellent in followup the order and what she is commited she did it before time not on time. continuously i call 2 days and she response each and every time i made 5 to 6 time call and she is ready to ans the phone. so i am very happy and satisfied and in the future if i want to buy phone definately i will go for it without any hesitation. she did an excellent job as sales representative i hope the other company will do as cells4u do.

"Let's get this out of the way first: I would not recommend purchasing from cells4u.com at ALL. AVOID! I purchased an LG Optimus 7 "E900" on August 1st. I was going out of town on the fourth, so prior to my purchase I called them asking if the phone was in stock (which they said it was) and if I purchased today and added 2 day shipping if I would receive it in time (they said I would, as the shipment truck had not come yet). Low and behold, I did not receive my phone in time before vacation. Thinking that it probably came the day after, I didn't worry. When I came back to my house on August 7th, still no phone. I tried and tried to call (hardly anybody ever picks up the phone) to try and get an explanation. When I was finally able to reach someone, they said that they test each phone before they ship it out, and mine wouldn't turn on. I said how long would it be before you got more in, and they told me just a few days. So in good faith, I said OKAY, just ship me one when you get it in. A week or so later, I still did not receive a phone or a tracking number for the shipment. So I finally asked for a refund. When I asked their site conveniently went offline for some "upgrades" and it took at least another week before I actually got my refund (this is with many more calls and emails). I also filed a complaint with the BBB prior to getting my refund, so maybe that also got their attention. I also don't know if this is related or not, but my credit card information was compromised not long after I purchased from cells4u, a .90cent "test charge" had appeared on my bank statement.

In the end, I would recommend AVOIDING CELLS 4 U AT ALL COSTS. They have cheap prices but the stress that will occur is not worth the $20 in extra savings.

"Dear Sir/Madam

I finally received my phone order #23842, but your company was very unprofessional when completing my order. That order in specific was for model NOKIA 5230 instead I received model NOKIA 5250 of lower quality and price than what I originally ordered.

Unfortunately I have to travel overseas this coming Saturday 9/10 and the purchase of that phone was with the only purpose of taking it with me. After this explanation I want you to know that I can not recommend your webpage to any of my friends or acquaintances and that I’m really disappointed with your services (I had to wait more than a month for the phone’s delivery).

I will make sure this review will be known and read.
