When they have phones in stock and can ship then the service is great but when they are out of stock it takes forever for them to notify you of this! I have had this happen several times but overall they are superior to the old Exotic Phones now Electoprise. The only other grip is the shipping rates. They charge the people of Alaska $35 when in reality the postage is only about $11? Why? Is it shipping and handling? I would rate them about a 7 on a scale of 10. They could do so much better with just a little more effort!"

She was very careful with her promises, went to check physical stock, represented exactly what they had, and made sure I got my phone in time to take it on a quick, but necessary trip abroad. If I had 100 experiences with Cell4u, I don't know what percent would be positive and what percent would be negative. But, I have had one experience, and it was 100 percent positive.
