"Cells4u is a SCAM!
Ordered phone on Jan 11. They billed my credit card the same day. After this order was switched to "processing" status and no way to cancel it. As well as no any tracking numbers for my package.
Called multiple times to their customer service. But most of the time their cell phone is turned off or nobody answers it. Just 2 of 15 attempts in 2 weeks were successful when some woman told that she has no tracking number for me, but I should receive it in e-mail.
So far no my new phone, no any e-mail with tracking number (2 weeks left). Have to open dispute with my bank today."
"I ordered a nokia 5530 in white/pink and it arrived on time and in good condition. I am more than pleased with my phone, it has what i want and more. Customer service was great, I asked for suggestions for phones based on what i need and want. She was really helpful with finding a phone for me. They are not pushy into forcing you with any phone that won't be good for you, it shows how much they care for customers.
I enjoyed their service that i bought another phone for my mom as a gift. She really loves it. I'm looking forward to buying another phone soon for my boyfriend. I recommend their service to anyone.

"Watch out! This store is a joke, don't be attracted by their website and/or the price, it does not worth the saving you may think about. The customer service does NOT answer your call will pick it up once out of twenty. If it happens, the lady will tell you all kind of stories (jersey blackout, computer crash, earthquake...) just to keep you waiting on your order or REFUND. Never buy from this store for any reason, if you received the wrong item or not satisfy with your order it's going to be the beginning of your nightmare!
I have ordered a smartphone that came very late then was the wrong color, returned the item using the RMA, the refund was approved but NEVER received the money. They will give you virtual tracking/transaction number just to make you believe in their service.
Unfortunately, they kept me running after my refund until it has passed 120 days, the bank will not reverse the transaction, so I am taking them to the court (small claim) now to get my money back + all the inconvenience caused to me.
They are unprofessional, be careful, again don't be attracted with their website and price, avoid buying from them, they should go out of business! I can't imagine a business that don't answer your call and give you bad experience to continue selling and misleading people.
I can't give them 0 star, at least 1 but stay away from those guys!"

I first called to make sure the phone was in stock and that someone was reachable by phone. I placed an order on 12/20/11, and struggled not to call them since this was the peak of the holiday. I received a confirmation, and... Low and behold I received the tracking information 6 business days later!!
The phone was tracked as shipped on 12/30, another holiday weekend delay and... Low and behold I received the phone on 1/4.
Not bad at all. Ordered during the absolute peak holiday season and got my new phone at the lowest price I could find. I was able to pay using a credit card (to feel even safer than using eBay/paypal).

"This place is terrible. I have bought things from many sellers online and have never been this disappointed. I called after placing an order for a white phone asking for the delivery date. Customer service promised it would arrive next week, however, they did not even ship it the week AFTER that week they promised it would arrive. When I finally got the phone, I was more disappointed because they shipped the wrong color (cheaper color) of the phone. I'm contacting return department and will file dispute with discover soon if they don't respond."

While surfing the web, I came across this company and was surprised at the competitive prices. I gave them a call to confirm it. Cells4U offer prices much lower than Amazon or other online stores as far as I know.
A couple days after the purchase, I received a friendly call from Juliet. Let me tell you, Juliet is by far the most professional and knowledge person you will speak to. She is on top of recent phones released and shares her thoughts on both the pros and cons of a phone.
Maybe the holidays or the volume of N9 orders, but I will say I didn't receive the phone until two weeks later. Within the two weeks, I continually call / email them to follow up. Finally, Juliet turned my order into an overnight delivery and I was happy to receive the N9 before Christmas."

Cells4u doesn't have my phone, it wait for my phone from its supplier, if cells4u has my phone, will sent out shortly, no need to fool and waste time, that's what I think. "Worst buying experience in many years!
Shipping - took forever - they only shipped once I opened a PayPal dispute.
Phone arrived damaged - took quite a few emails to get an RMA number to return the phone.
I had to chase many times once the phone was confirmed delivered to get any reply regarding a refund.
Refund finally came - but they did not refund the return shipping as I had requested - most retailers will do that for damaged goods!
Still awaiting a reply regarding a shipping refund.
Go elsewhere is my advice."

I was told it would take 4 days tops for me to get my refund, but today is the 6th day and nothing...
