"I'm a local customer of Cells4U from NJ. I finally decided to pick the phone instead of ordering it online. I was amazed by the reps of Cells4U, they were so friendly to me and I could not thank them enough.

They treated me like if I was so special to them, I have never seen the service like this in my life. This was the best experiences I had because they took their time to show me their products and I was speechless.

I wish every store had customer service like this, and it would be just so much easier to shop.

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Cells4u. They would grab your money then you would never see your order. If you'd like to talk to customer service, GOOD LUCK. Who ever rated good for this company, they could be the owner or Cells4u's employees. I have not received my order for almost a month and I tried and tried and tried and tried to talk to customer service. Finally they promised to credit my money back to my account, it has been more than a week now; no money has credited to my bank account. SCAM, SCAM, and SCAM. I don't understand how this company continue operating and continue taking consumers' money and continue above the law. FBI Please help."

"I ordered a tablet one month before release date,contacted them through email 2 weeks later because even though the $ had been taken from my bank through PayPal...it did not show that I had paid when I logged into my account at Cells4u.They answered that email to tell me that they did receive the $ and that the product was on back order.Now,after 5 months and numerous, along with various attempts at communication with them...without any reply!, I have had to file a claim through my bank.
In other words, go a head and purchase from this gang of thie...(I meen company) if You want to be a sucker like me!

"I called causally to cell4you.I did not have planned to buy Nokia X2 Phone with cell4for you at all. I called and way Juliet Answered all my question,I was assured and i changed my mind and immediately ordered Nokia X2 through Cell4you.I got My Phone on promised date and in new condition.In addition to this Julite Called me back to make sure i got my phone.Juliet is awesome . "If they were selling gold at half price I would buy elsewhere and pay more. Their site may list good products at good price, but all is well, it seems, until you need customer service. That's when the pain and stress starts. Listed number rings for days and you will get the machine. Multiple emails with days in between for a response.

If you get Juliet, she will try to make things right. Others say she is unavailable, and will flat out lie to you. Sorry, but Juliet alone is not enough to do business with these people.
Save yourself the headache. I'd stay away and shop elsewhere. You have been warned. Enough said!!

"The worst buying experience so far! I did not get the refund after 8 months when I returned the dead cellphone.

Cells4u is a cheater. It has a nature of cheating in business.

I bought the Samsung S7550 Blue EarthPhone in July 2011. The phone arrived but did NOT work. I took quite a few emails to get an RMA number to return the phone. Now It is April 2012, I still not got the refund.

In one email, they mentioned that"Dear Customer, We would like to inform that your check has been issued already ..., The delivery date is February 27, 2012 and the tracking information is 7011-0470-0000-9498-4118 via usps.com". Damn! Delivery status information is not available even now.


My advice is "Please keep far away from them".

"I ordered a Sony Ericsson LT18i Xperia Arc S Gloss White Android Unlocked Phone as a BD gift for my bf on 12/29/2011. I did not get my phone until the mid January. However, they did not give me the right color that I requested for.

I emailed multiple times, and called more than 20 times, (no kidding), to their customer ****@****. Also, I left tons of voice messages with my item#.But nobody ever answered or returned my calls. I first wanted the full refund but my bf really wanted that phone. I emailed them to clarify the change ,after a few days, a lady finally called me back and agreed to ship me the correct item once the phone is returned. After a week, I called to confirm about the returned phone, again, no one answered my calls. So I emailed them AGAIN. They emailed me back on Jan 31 saying that,"We have the white color in stock, we will be shipping out the phone tomorrow afternoon."

I was so happy that after a long time of waiting, wishing, and wanting my boyfriend can finally get his belated Birthday Day gift. BUT, NO PHONE, NO CALLS.

I have been calling and emailing them everyday since then finally I received a email saying that they have over 100+ orders for this item and my refund is in process .....*sigh*

Seriously, after waiting for almost 2 months, I have no patience left,I will never buy anything from this company and I will spread the news to all my friends, family members and have them do the same thing as well. So no one will experience their terrible service again.

I will also talk to my bank to dispute the charges placed on my credit card and receive the money back as well as contact the Better Business Bureau to report this incident to them.

"When I first visited the site I was so confused on to choose Nokia N9 or Sony Ericsson Lt18 so I decided to call the customer service and they were all very helpful. The Nokia N9 was more expensive than Lt18. When I told the customer service about what I wanted in the phone so we narrowed it down to Lt18. I was quite surprises because most sellers online want to make money out of you but this seller actually picked the right product for me and I was very comfortable with them. I have called different sellers too but none of them offered me any discount or good service, all they said was “this is the price, we can’t change it” That’s when I found cells4u were excellent and offered me discount and helped me a lot, compare to other sellers who were just looking to make money out of me.




The phone arrived little late but it was worth of waiting because they were very honest when I ordered with them that they do have a lot of orders for this item. At the end, I was happy because it was exactly what I expected from them.




In future, I will definitely order from them again, it was a great pleasure doing business with cells4u.com Of course the prices were great that is why I had so many options to choose from and it was just good doing business with them.

"Avoid this online cell phone retailer. I can understand if a seller gets behind in fulfilling orders, but this company actually outright lied.

The phone number listed on their website does not answer, but takes messages that are never returned. It took a series of 8-10 DAILY emails before I got a response telling me my order had been delivered to the post office for delivery. It had not been. This became clear after another week of emails which finally led to a http://USPS.com tracking number -- clearing showing that my order was sent only AFTER I had bothered them daily to send it. When my cell phone arrived, the seal on the box had been broken -- it clearly had been opened......

Save yourself a headache and order from someone else, even if it's a few dollars more

"I'm a long-time customer of Cells4u. They messed up on one of my past orders, but it wasn't a big deal enough for me to stop doing business with them. On December 18th, 2011, I ordered two phones for my kids for Christmas. I figured I'll give it to them as a New Year's gift since the seven days-free shipping will not make it before Christmas. It is now January 29th, and I still do not have my phones. I just emailed them and cancel the order. I hope that they give me a refund back to my credit card. I will be sharing my bad experience with all my friends, colleagues, and will post a warning on my linkedin network. "
