"Like several reviewers said before, their shipping was slower than I had expected. I opted for the free shipping thinking it would arrive in exactly one week with processing since it said 4-6 days, but it took two more days. Sure, two more days isn't too bad compared to what other people have said about their bad shipping experiences, but I'm used to having my items arriving early/on time. I was uneasy about the whereabouts of my product, especially because for a whole week that I've checked their website, all it said about my product's status was "processing."
At least when I called them after waiting for a whole week, the agent had told me that I would get my tracking number later that day. And when I checked, they had shipped it under priority mail instead of the regular ground mail I had free of charge, so it's nice to know at least their willing to compensate for the late arrival.
In conclusion, the reasons why I'm giving four stars is that they do make up for their mistakes (so I guess I'll forgive them for that) and I'd have to admit that their prices really are cheaper than other places plus the option of free shipping. However, I'd advise that future buyers from Cells4u compare the prices of other places before considering buying from Cells4u. If the phone only costs a few dollars more elsewhere and their reputation of shipping is excellent, I think I'd rather pay the extra money to have the assurance that my product will arrive on time rather than see "processing" for a whole week."

very slow process and they don't tell me any exact information about the status of product I made an order.
Keep telling me wait and contact me as soon as they got the product in their stock.I have no idea how they work and distribute their products to the customer. Anyway, I have been waiting for about three weeks and haven't gotten anything so that I asked them to refund last Thursday. today, when I contact them, they didn't even take any action.

I'll give them a couple of days and ask my bank to take an action chargeback.

"After my last dealing with this company, I thought that they may be decent people who at least respond to customer queries. Boy, was I wrong. As many other comments point out their customer service is abysmal.

Despite leaving multiple messages and emails (not with a machine but a human), no one calls back. In fact, they actually hang up a ringing phone when they realize that it is a customer who is calling them multiple times!

It took them 3 weeks to replace a phone which they (knowingly) sent as an incorrect model. How do I know that it was knowingly done; because a cousin of mine who ordered the same phone was shipped the exact same model and then offered $10 discount on it!

Avoid this company like the plague, they deal in gray market phones with no warranty, try to pass off less desirable models and give a token discount to you to keep it and then start avoiding any phone calls and emails from you.

I ordered an LG Optimus 7 phone 6 days ago. Just today they informed me that they are out of stock while 3 days ago they were going to ship the phone the next day. They have emailed me saying that they should get the shipment this week and would ship it using Express shipping. Let us see what happens, I will update this post when I get my phone or another response.

UPDATE: They shipped my phone by USPS Priority mail (not Express as they promised) on a Friday, so I will probably get it by Wednesday or Thursday next week. So it takes 2 weeks for the order to reach you, typical of one shop retailers that you find on the internet.

UPDATE 2: When emailed them about my displeasure at the slow shipping, they clarified that Express shipping is actually USPS priority shipping according to them. The reason is that it is 3 day shipping unlike Fedex ground which is 3-5 day excluding Saturdays. I guess it is slightly better but was expecting USPS Express Mail which is overnight with Saturday delivery.

PS Their customer care is responsive to emails and phone calls and typically got back to me within a day."
