"I love my new Nokia Lumia 800 Unlocked Phone, I received my order on time, I paid for overnight delivery. Before, I purchased my phone, I called their customer service because I wanted to make sure they have it in stock, they have very friendly customer service. I don't recall the rep's name but she was an EXPERT about every question I asked.

I never seen online customer service so well-informed about their own products, she evidently knew every single question. I asked her why their price is little bit higher than other company, she told me that some companies sell the same products but they are not factory unlocked they can be the at&t version.

Surprisingly, I learned something new so thank for all your decent information. I wish I knew her name now, but I wanted to take some time to say thank you and I love my new phone.

I want to appreciate your outstanding service, I will order more phone soon. I recommend to anyone!

This great customer service which I have received was never given to me by any other company. It was very personal and understandable as my issue was not getting resolved my service provider.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note, I was not able to send mms or have the internet on, I called my service provider so they can help me setup since I have the data plan.

But my service provider says, "sorry we can't help you as this product is not bought from our store" I could not believe this as I'm their loyal customer for so long, they did not help then I decided to call cells4u to see if they can help me. It took them only 15 to 20 minutes to resolve this issue.

I'm very thankful to them as they have helpmed me a lot with the phone and setting it up with my own provider.
