"It took a while to get a hold of the company for my warranty return. The warranty process is iffy with this company as they feel they have to make sure you did not damage the equipment. But if the equipment is under warranty and it defects then it should be replaced no questions asked. So their return process is strange to me, especially when you pay almost $60.00 for a part and they have to check it. I hope I get my part warrantied out based on their policy, keep your fingers crossed."
