However, when circumstances changed and I found out I could not use these speakers, I learned that returns are greeted with having to pay return postage AND THAT A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED ON ALL RETURNS. Ouch!
I could understand a 20% restocking fee if they paid return postage, but on a new, never opened item return, paying postage and such a high restocking fee seems a little steep.
I hope I do not have a warranty issue that I need their help with.
Just make sure you are going to be able to use the item you order or plan to just sell the stuff on eBay. "

"I recently purchased a pioneer stereo and four speakers for my sons Durango for his 18th birthday. When I paid with a credit card it was denied because I recently purchased a new home and moved and had not yet changed my address with the cc company, this raised a red flag with car audio, I then had to wait three days to talk to them and clear up the concern due to a holiday, this caused more concern because I was running out of time to get the gifts here by his birthday, then when I talked to them they were out of stock on the stereo, oh no!!!, I explained the situation and the young man who helped me was genuinely concerned, I don't know how he did it but he found what I needed and got it to me the day before my sons birthday!!! We were able to install it together and it all worked and sounds great, they did a great job, I am going to purchase speakers for my own truck soon and I will buy them from car audio giants!"
