"Ordered an PAC interface to turn an empty AUX button into a functioning one. Pretty easy to install, and worked for two weeks... then static and now only the right side works. I read several reviews like this before I bought it but thought the positive reviews outweighed the negative ones. Guess I became one of the odd ones out.

I still may be able to fix it (maybe a loose s or something) but I shouldn't have to. Disappointed in the quality of CarAudioGiants products that they sell. They need to make it easier to return and receive money back. "

"Ordered something online, they sent me something saying thwy received my info but dis not release anything pertinent to tracking. I emailed for a track# next day. Following morning they requested scans of my ID AND CC! "For security and fraud prevention reasons" .....right ... so you may ship it to the billing address nice try.
I called them and spoke to the presumed one female representative with numerous distracting voices in the background leaving a sketchy impression.
Still no tracking information.
The following day I notice that the hold they had on my funds in my bank was released and I still have not heard from nor do I expect any sort of consideration from them - plus now they've sold my contact information because I'm getting lots of calls from random and unavailable numbers.

Physically go over to amazon and compare prices, the Kenwood KAC-5001PS is listed for the same price as theirs, except with amazon I ordered the product last night and it arrives tomorrow."
