"I purchased a product with the expectation that it was the right one. It ended up being for something completely different that what I was shopping for. (Not sure if it was my fault or the description on the website). I tried to send it back by calling customer service. I pressed 2 for “warranty and returns” with each call, and each call, about 8 calls in 2 months, I would always have to leave a message because no one would pick up. Well no one would return my calls either. I ended up having to press 1 for Sales and then I finally got to talk to someone. Needles to say, they are more than willing to sell you a product but it is almost impossible to return a product for warranty or exchange purposes because that department doesn’t seem to exist or they intentionally don’t answer and return calls. Good luck."
"I received the Product as Described. After about eight months after my initial purchase, I had to make a claim with the Warranty Department. I Called them Repeatedly, along with Several Emails and Recieved Zero Response. I Eventually Called The Retail Department, Which of Course They Did Answer that Line, but When I Tried to Discuss the Issues I Was Having With the Warranty Department, they Instructed me That the Only Way they Would be Able to Help me Was Through The Warranty Section on Their Web Page. I Of Course Followed the Instructions on Their Page to File A Claim, but I was Never Contacted. I Attempted to do this Over 5x With Zero Response. I've Dealt With Many Warranty Departments my Life, but This Had to be the One that Felt Like the Biggest Scam... Literally NO ONE would Call me Back, and still Hasn't. Thanks"
