"Before you order anything from this company, KNOW THIS. They don't answer their phone. They take their time processing an order. They may process it within 48 hours. They might take a week. It's depends on how they're feeling at the moment. They only respond to emails sent to them when it's convenient for them. If you cancel an order you've been waiting a week for to be sent out - they ignore your cancellation request - charging your credit card and sending it out about two weeks after you originally ordered it. From their viewpoint, it's tough luck that you already received the same item from a different company after experiencing frustration with Car Audio Giants. Now you have two of the items.
