"I placed an order for a new spa cover with a different vendor in November, and after a host of emails and no information, I received an email in May stating that I could receive a new cover in October! After asking what planet they were from, I cancelled the order and contacted BeyondNice. I paid an upcharge to have it expedited and low and behold, 2 weeks later my custom spa cover arrived intact and exactly to specifications! Imagine my stunned amazement when a supplier actually does what they say they are going to do! "This is the second cover I've bought from BeyondNice, and they've both been... "beyond Nice".. sorry.. couldn't resist.. they've both been awesome. Eventually I guess all covers waterlog, and again, that's why I had to replace this time, but I was really on the fence about replacing only the insides of it, since my previous BeyondNice was still in such great shape physically even after what I think was 7 or 8 years of use. In the end, I decided to purchase the entire cover again though, mostly because I'm lazy and didn't want to figure out how to get the new foam into the old one! I had a question about fit, so I contacted customer support, who responded immediately with what I needed from my previous order so long ago (It's nice to see they keep those records!!) Shipping was fast, the shipping company called to arrange a delivery time, and the cover arrived in great shape. The new cover is just as well built as the last one I bought from them, and although I'm sure this top will outlive the hot tub itself, I'll be sure to buy another BeyondNice cover when I get my new tub.
