"our horse ate the edge of our original cover by licking the salt and biting into the foam exterior, I searched many sites and read many reviews and was not satisfied that there was a good company available. I found beyond nice on amazon, and went to their web site, read the reviews and read the drop downs for all the options. I was pleased to find out that I could purchase just the fabric and insert my old foam at a considerable cost savings.
Why pay more for the entire full cover and shipping. Cover arrived in two weeks, easy to install and looks great.

"We’d purchased a hot tub cover from Beyond Nice six years ago and it was time for another. Our hot tub is outside in Wisconsin — that tells you a lot about the quality of these covers. They’re excellent. This time, I called customer service to get the specs from the old one. Customer service was right on it and emailed me the info so I could order the new one based on the old one. Our new hot tub was manufactured in timely fashion and arrived safe and sound. "
"This company was great at keeping me informed during the manufacturing process. However, after they shipped the cover, it has been sitting for weeks somewhere in transit and no one can do anything about it....I have tracking info that doesn't help because no one at the shipping company will answer the phone and there doesn't seem to be anything anyone can do. Other companies have taken responsibility for contacting the shippers and making sure the product arrived. This company just shrugs and says "we did our part".
update: I increased the rating because someone got back to me with shipping info and it looks like I just had back luck with one lazy employee. I'll update again when the product finally arrives.

"I chose Beyond Nice originally based on their reasonable prices of spa covers, after reading the great reviews it solidified my choice. I placed my order online, it stepped me through the complete process. I had confirmation via email almost immediately. They do just as they say and send emails with updates on the progress of your order. There were no issues with the delivery and spa cover quality is a great well made product. So much lighter than my original spa cover only 44 lbs, but don't let the light weight fool you; the cover stays put even without using the straps to lock it in place. Easy to open and close with one person. I chose Navy and I love it, I would consider it a medium shade of Navy. It's not a dark Navy as the preview color swatch would suggest. But I am happy with the color. I received the cover sooner than expected which was an added plus in my book. Thank you!!"
