"From the order to the delivery - this is really Beyond Nice experience
I decide to order just a sleeve for my hot tub cover and after google search I found this company. I decide to go with them because they were offering sleeve for my existing cover and the waste, I would create by throwing out the entire cover didn't happen :)
I spoke with Connor, and he explained to me exactly what I need it to measure, and he guide me through placing the order online, A few days later I received an email stating that the covert was being prepared. After couple of weeks, I received another email that the cover will be shipped next week. I need to leave town and I start to worry that the cover won't make it on time before I leave so I decide to call Connor and I ask him to help me out with the shipping so I can get it on time. Sure, enough after a few days I got my cover right before my trip - These guys are great, and they are the only spa cover company for me - Thank you "

the ordering process was meticulous. several reminders to measure twice and order once. the USPS letter and business card was a nice touch.
Not sure if the lighter weight is because I had to be economic with the the materials. I did receive two notices to upgrade materials, which was reasonable. I ended up paying $500, which is a lot, but hopefully this will last 10 years. "

If you're about to be bamboozled by positive reviews, you should probably know that BeyondNice emails their customers offering $100 amazon gift cards for 'sparkling reviews'.
Mine arrived with a forklift having been driven through it. I supplied pics of damage and the forklift; "customer service" tells me it's not a problem to have a grapefruit-sized hole in the foam insulation. :-/
Past that, the seams are crap, it's missing handles, the tie downs are in the wrong place, and the vinyl oozes some kind of oil in the sun.
And get this- the vinyl it's made of actually melts/fuses together in the sun.
Best part- the debacle that they're trying to keep my money for is their *second* attempt at getting it right. The first was even worse.

"So there was a little bit of a mix up on the front end with shipping charges but after that it was smooth and very fast sailing all the way to delivery.
