Defective product not covered

We purchased a motorcycle battery from maplewood mn store. Within weeks we had to return with a completely dead battery that failed all tests, the store claimed it just needed a super jump and was fine. This spring the battery was junk again now they are claiming that since the battery didnt have atleast 10. Volts its some how our fault. We have tested the motorcycle several times and every time the system was and still is within factory specs. After being told by manager that we now have a 150.00 junk battery that has no warranty, we said fine then we will go to corporate about the defective product. He laughed and said go ahead were independently owned and corp. Cant and will not help you. After making a complaint on facebook and being feed the same lies and bs. We are coming to you as a last resort. Complaint will be filed with the BBB. We have replaced your defective product and retested the system and found no draws and charging system is within factory specs. This has been a joke, the store should of warrantied it the first time with in weeks of buying it. This has caused a ton of un needed work and expense and will be blasted on every form of social media or web page that talks about your product. Since this problem we have done several internet searches and have found numerous complaints about this exact battery and the same problem is the most common, that some how your choosing to blame on each and every customer.

S7 replacement glass screen

"It costed me 270$ to have my glass touchscreen replaced on my s7. When I got it back the middle of the screen does not work the way you would want it to. Plus everything was deleted and put back to factory reset which I wasn't informed of. "

Above And Beyond The Call Of Duty.

"My Name is Joyce Chiavaroli and I was in to Batteries & Bulbs last week. My husband used to do all these things for me, but now he has Low Vision and Can't Do it. When I came In, I Explained my problem to the Young Man at the Counter, He not only New The Bulbs and Batteries I needed but He Put Them In.
He definitely went beyond the Call Of Duty to Assist a Customer.

did it wrong twice and expensive

"Lafayette, IN. Sorry all you happy customers, but my experience was not pleasant. First they put a new screen on an IPad. A couple weeks later it went wacko. Brought it back, but they wouldn't work on it because it had a crack on screen. WRONG. The crack was on the plastic cover they put over the screen. They didn't even check where the crack was. The first screen was put on wrong and it was defective. I wasn't happy, but they made it worse by being extremely rude. Search out your other options. Much better places in town. And cheaper. These guys charged $40-$50 more per job "

Love the guys at the Sunrise store on Unversity.

"I brought in my iPhone 6splus and JR didn't give up until he had me up and running. I figured I would have to replace the screen and then head to apple and nope he saved me a lot of time. Also brought in my daughter's iPhone with a broken screen and a fried battery and 45 minutes later she was up and working."

"Had a watch battery replaced in Dec, 2017. Stopped working Feb, 2018. Went back and Mgr J Kornick replaced battery with no problem, no receipt.

Have always gone there for bulbs & various batteries and will definitely go back again.

WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!

"PURCHASED A BATTERY OVER 2 YEARS AGO. EVERY FEW DAYS I HAD TO CHARGE IT. TOOK IT TO HARBISON COURT COLUMBIA SC. THEY TOLD ME IT WASNT THE BATTERY. HAD IT CHECKED BY SOMEONE ELSE, SAID IT WAS THE BATTERY.FEW MONTHS LATER, TOOK IT BACK AND THEY TOLD ME THE BATTERY WAS GOOD THAT I HAD A SHORT IN MY TRUCK WIRING. YEAR LATER OF CHARGING THE BATTERY EVERY FEW DAYS STILL, WENT TO CHEVY DEALER. DEALER CHARGED ME $300+ TO CHECK THE TRUCK FOR PROBLEMS. ONLY PROBLEM THAT THEY COULD FIND WAS A BAD BATTERY. I HAD THEM REPLACE IT WITH A $179.00 BATTERY. ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS AND I HAVENT HAD TO CHARGE NOT ONE TIME! TOOK OLD BAD BATTERY BACK TO BATTERIES PLUS AND WAS TOLD THAT THE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY WAS OUT AND OFFERED ME A 20% DISCOUNT ON THE NEXT. LITTLE IDIOTS IN THERE THINK THEY KNOW HOW TO TEST BATTERIES WITH THEIR LITTLE TESTER. WILL NEVER GO BACK! FIRST TIME IS THEIR FAULT, SECOND TIME IS MY FAULT!"

DO NOT USE BATTERIES PLUS FOR SCREEN REPLACEMENT

"my iphone 7 plus had a shatered screen and broken lcd so i took it to their store in wasilla and it was $160, when i got my phone back it didnt have the same contrast as the original screen and it kept typing on its own adn not even 7 days of having it, the top half of the screen is unresponsive and i havent dropped it since i got it back. point is dont get your phone fixed here because they will give you a fualty screen."

iPhone 6 Plus Screen replacement

"BEWARE!!!!! I brought my iPhone 6 Plus to Battries Plus 3567 Ritz Center St Louis Mo 63125 #268 to have my lcd screen replaced it had one crack for over a year but it started ghosting the screen wasn’t responding like it should the employee examined my phone made sure everything else was working he said this was common and a simple fix so $ 140.00 and 4 trips back to the store because the phone was still ghosting the manager Matt tellls me that I should just buy a new phone that when a phone gets bent it may have messed up something else I informed him my phone was not bent that his employee checked it the tech on duty told him it wasn’t bent Matt replied my other tech must of fixed it I then contacted customer service they told me to take it to the Ballwin store that this is where the master tech is that it my need micro soldering I drive 30 min to Ballwin to give them my phone still not fixed but then my finger print reader was now not working had to take it back to have that fixed I called customer service told them I want my money refunded they can take there screen replace it with one that was cracked like mine they agreed I go to the store again to meet with Matt the manger and his attitude he said I told you you could get a refund in December I said no you didn’t he then proceeded to argue with me about it he brought out a lcd screen that was shattered to put back on my phone and informed me that the $140.00 in cash I paid them would be refunded to me by check that would be mailed to me I told him that it was not acceptable that I wanted my phone in the same condition it was when I first gave it to them and asked for my phone back he looked at me with a puzzled look and I had to tell him again to give me my phone that I was going to call customer service his response was whatever they are going to tell you the same thing so I am waiting on the owner of this store to contact me moral of the story ask what kind of training these technicians have and why do they have one that is a Master Technician shouldn’t they all be ???? The manger Matt needs to learn some customer service skills

Galaxy S7 battery replacement

"Very unsatisfied! Called ahead and was told it would take 30-45 min. Once I got there, I was informed it would be at least an hour. I was warned that there may be discoloration due to the process of removing the glass to change out the battery. I acknoleged this. I was not however told that the glass would be all chipped to hell when I got it back. My favorite part was the employee that wasn't even assiting me, telling me that he warned me that it could happen and that I acknoleged it. Telling me what I know I wasn't told had me seeing red. I watched a do-it-yourself video about changing it out and surprisingly, they didn't chip the paint.
Update: I was contacted by the manager of this store. He appologized for the damage and the service and promised me a new back panel for my phone. He followed through on his promise and my phone now looks like it did before the damage was done. A big thank you to him!

Fake Warranty+ Bad service

I asked them to replace my I phone 7 screen as its cracked and it was working very good and fully functional
after they did replace the screen my phone went very very slow and flicker a lot I came back to them and they didn't try to help for replacement and they told me to change your phone after they charge $140 for screen
I don't recommend them at all

Do not purchase products from them

"I went to purchase a car battery because I saw they had one of the lowest prices. It took me a while to save up for a battery because I am on disability. After purchasing the battery my neighbor put it in my vehicle only to find that the battery was dead. Upon returning the battery to the store only to find they didn't have any other batteries in stock for my car and that it would be at least a week. They did refund my money but however it was going to take at least 3 days four to go back into my account. My account which had $11 in it. Which meant I have to wait another 3 days to take my service elsewhere to purchase another battery. This has been the most extremely frustrating and in Raging experience I have ever had with a business. I can't understand how it can only take seconds for them to take my money but days to give it back. I will never ever shop there again I would rather spend an extra $10 to not have the aggravation and frustration. Stay away from this business at all costs unless you like being screwed and left without a vehicle for days. The only reason I give this business one star is because I felt kind of bad for the young man who works there. Thanks Batteries Plus for screwing me for another 3 days without a car that I need. I now have to find somebody in pay somebody to take me to an orthopedic surgeon appointment. You guys need to take better care of your stock as well as keep better stock. I plan on telling all my friends and relatives who live in several States to avoid you guys at all costs especially if it's something they need that day sincerely a first and last time customer of your business"

Don't Trust the Plus ! Device repair Manager Scott Jones NOT Trustworthy

"This happend at PORT CHARLOTTE,Fl location on 1690 Tamiami Trail .They repaired screen on Iphone and were supposed to place screen protector on it as well and charged for.Then screen breaks and Apple says there is no screen protector on it.

Going back to Batteries Plus talking to Millie and "Device repair Manager" SCOTT JONES and all they say is they forgot to put on the screen protetor " it can happen sometimes" and they offer $10 off new screen ( you can get that coupon all day every day long online) and give you a free screen protector ??!! Wait a minute? Free screen protector?

you mean you'll finally give me the one I paid for already month ago?Scott Jones is unprofessional and not trustworthy at all.
