"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! WORST ONLINE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! Terrible customer service and they lie to you about ship dates. It took me 3 months to get a light fixture that I ordered and once I received it, it was the wrong color. I then had to pay $100 to ship it back in order to get a refund. 3 months later, I'm still fighting them for the refund of a $500 light fixture. Horrible! Just look at how they respond to other customer complaints. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Bath Kitchen Decor!"

"DON'T BUY ANYTHING from this store. It took me three weeks to get shipping notification. I ordered ceiling fan and they shipped it third week after I placed order. When I called to check shipping status only thing I heard was "you can still cancel it" not a word for an apology. Worst ever customer experience."

"Ordered a vanity 2 weeks ago. Called day after order to see if I could add a medicine cabinet to the order - was told the medicine cabinet I wanted was out of stock, but there was one of the vanity left. Called again a few days later as I hadn't received any shipping information yet. Was told the vanity doesn't ship until 2 weeks after order. Should have been more suspicious at this point...called at the 2 week point to make sure it was shipping and was told the item is discontinued and unavailable. Wondering when they planned on letting me know....now I have a contractor starting in a week and I'm back at square one. Requested to speak with a manager, was told he was unavailable. Requested a call but never received one. Completely inaccurate website, unprofessional and unhelpful customer service. Wish these guys would get shut down!"

"Ordered two wall sconces on 4/10/13, and received them yesterday 4/18/13 directly from the manufacturer via FEDEX. The price for the two light fixtures was well below any other sellers and included free shipping and no sales tax. My only complaint was not receiving a shipping notice or tracking number."

"Terrible company to do business with! Lots and Lots of excuses, no customer service skills and not one apology. They will take your money and forget about you. We called over 10 times to get our lights that came in several different shippments. Larry, the head of shipping, is completely incompetent. "Bathkitchendecor provided excellent product and fantastic service for me on my recent order of three high end light fixtures for my home. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to friends.

I read some of the more negative reviews and was reluctant to try this organization. I decided to call the company myself and try and understand what might be happening for the reviews to reflect so poorly. I spoke to Larry personally. He was calm, kind and thoughtful. He was able to explain to me that they had trouble in the past due to the computer systems not always being in sync with the website. He felt this was the source of their issues and they were working hard (and in fact had already improved greatly) this situation. He took my order and assured me he could tell me when the product would be shipped.

The product(s) were shipped on (or sooner) than agreed which 2 came within the week and the third came in 10 days. Their prices were FAR below what I could get at a retail store. I saved well over 20% on some very expensive items.

I stand behind my recommendation for Bathkitchendecor. I would suggest calling the company's phone line to confirm when they would be able to ship the items you need ahead of time so that you are not waiting for a product that may take longer than you expect. I think you'll be pleased with the service, quality and pricing.

"I've been ordering on the internet for years, and have never had such a bad experience let alone written a negative review. While their prices are typically lower than their competitors, they practice in false advertising since they their display items as "in stock" when they are not. They will claim they cannot keep up with the status of every item they offer, however when I searched other websites for the same item the other sites sometimes had the item listed as "out of stock" which led me to believe BathKitchenDecor had the item on hand at the time of my order. I have been waiting for five weeks for "in stock" items - unbelievable! My order was for 36 light fixtures (I'm building a house) and while I've received all but eight fixtures, most of them arrived after waiting for over two weeks, and I was just told last week the remaining fixtures are on backorder so I had to cancel them and start over after losing a month's lead time. Also, I received two items that I didn't order, and was told I must return them before they will give me credit for the canceled items (totalling almost $500). Seriously?! Regardless of how insane that request was, I sent the items back immediately and still have not received credit for the canceled items. I've emailed and just tried to call them but their phone number is no longer in service. Unfortunately I didn't see the other negative reviews about BathKitchenDecor.com until after I'd placed a $3700 order. Please take my advice and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!"

This business does not really sell merchandise; it takes your money and then tries to string you along with excuses until you can no longer protest the charge with your credit-card issuer. "Honestly, these people are crooks! My experience was the same as all the others. Placed order that never shipped. I called several times to check on status and spoke with "Larry", "Leon" and "David". They give you a lot of excuses but no results. Don't order from this FAKE company. Their responses to reviews on this website are pure comedy! They are rude, make up lies and hang up on you when you've figured out the SCAM. Any positive reviews you see are also FAKE and just part of the SCAM. If you made the same mistake I did and already ordered from them file a claim with your credit card company or Paypal ASAP. They try to get you to wait so long you can no longer file a claim. SHAME ON "bathkitchendecor."

- I expected a cowardly reply that was full of excuses and lies where you blame the customer for not being patient. I'm so sorry I only waited 32 days and that you repeating the same story... "the light is ready to be shipped, here is your fake Fed Ex tracking #," didn't work for you. You only needed me to be patient for another 13 days so you could keep my money. Thanks to using Pay Pal good wins and evil loses! Who do you blame for having an F RATING WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU?

"DO NOT ORDER FROM BathKitchenDecor!! The WORST online shopping experience ever, this company is a SCAM... They will take immediate payment, weeks and weeks will pass without shipping "in stock" items, and customer service will give you the runaround every time you call to get information or to cancel your order. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I was lured into ordering a celing fan from them because the price was about $50 lower than other sites and they offered free shipping. I should have known it was too good to be true...

The fan was shown as in stock on their website when I ordered, and the confirmation email indicated that it may take 1-2 weeks for shipment from the manufacturer. Over two weeks passed and I still hadn't received an email with shipment information so I called their "customer service" number. The guy who answered told me they might receive the fan at their warehouse that week and that it would ship to me soon, but didn't have any specifics.

After waiting another couple weeks I called back to see what was going on. Another guy answered who couldn't give me status because he needed to ask the warehouse manager, who wasn't going to be in until around noon!!??? I was promised a call with the status later that afternoon but never got a call. I called back and was told I would get an email with the tracking number by the end of the day. STILL NOTHING!!!

I called the next morning and was AGAIN promised a call back with the information - I indicated we would cancel the order if we didn't get tracking information. Later we called to cancel the order but the representative said he couldn't cancel the order because it MIGHT have already shipped. My husband asked to talk to a manager and said we would wait on the phone until we received a refund or a valid tracking number. We were on hold for over 20 minutes, and the call was at one point "dropped." We called back several times and got an error that the number wasn't in service???!! They FINALLY called us back and said they would issue us a refund, and it showed up in PayPal immediately to our surprise.

How can "customer service" not know where merchandise is and have to go to the "warehouse manager" for information? I doubt they even ordered from the manufacturer, they probably wait for the items to fall off the back of a truck somewhere in NY, if you know what I mean.

I looked at websites like this too late! They even have an F rating with the BBB (http://www.bbb.org/NYC/business-reviews/kitchen-and-bath-design/bath-kitchen-decor-in-fresh-meadows-ny-115754/)!
