"Just plain AWFUL! I ordered a light 11 weeks ago. The light was listed as "in stock" on their website. I called this company at least 15 times over the past 11 weeks. Each time I was assured I would receive the light within a week. A week would come and go and still no light. I can't tell you how many times I called to try and find out what was going on with my order and the guy would say, "Let me look in to it and I'll call you within 10 minutes". Not once did he ever call me back. Phone messages were never returned and emails were never reposnded to. After 10 weeks of this I cancelled my order. It took another week for them to cancel my order and refund my money. By the way, they will charge your credit card as soon as you place the order, not when they actually ship your order. Good luck trying to get your money back if you need to cancel. That will take an additional 3-5 phone calls for that to happen. I am a frequent online shopper and have been for years. I can tell you that by far this is the Worst experience I have ever had. This company is just plain awful!!"

"Seems I should have done research before buying. Order placed, confirmation received, 14 days later nothing and items were listed as in stock. Called, got voice mail with no return call (its been over a week). Emailed with no response, also over a week. Received a UPS tracking number and almost a month later the order shipped but is incomplete. Called, got voice mail, emailed, still waiting. "

"Ordered a vanity top for a customer- on the site it listed it as "in stock"- and received a confirmation of my order with the statement that when it shipped I would receive a shipping notice. My card was charged immediately, but when I had not heard anything 10 business days later, I checked the account and found it was still "Processing". I tried calling (during business hours) and got voicemail, left a message and sent an email (with no response to either). Tried again 2 days later and was told that it was "In transit" TO THE SELLER from the warehouse, and the reason it was taking so long was because it was coming from CA; I know it doesn't take that long to ship from CA. When I did not hear anything by the next week I called again, and again got voicemail with no response. I called the next day, the guy actually answered, and was told that they had just received it and would get it out that day or the next and was assured I would have it by the end of the week. The end of the week came, with no delivery. I call again, and suddenly get the email that it has "been shipped"- upon checking tracking that just meant they had created the label! AND they had entered the wrong zip code for the label, so that when UPS went to deliver it it was undeliverable. They called to say that there had been some error in the delivery address, and was wondering if I had been the one to fix it (!), but that I would have it by the end of that day or the next. 2 days later, no delivery, so I check the tracking- being returned to sender! In the mix up apparently it was damaged, so had to be returned!!! When I called about the issue, the guy told me he could order me another one, and I could get it in ANOTHER 3 weeks. Told him to refund me, I'm going somewhere reliable, as my client can't not have a bathroom sink for another 3 weeks! This place may have great prices, but they are completely incompetent when it comes to managing orders or giving accurate time frames, not to mention using general carriers for heavy, breakable items. Their site should indicate that they have these delivery issues."

"I ordered a Dale Tiffany light on Feb. 14th. Their website coupon swayed me to order from them for the lowest price...I didn't see all the negative reviews till I started experiencing issues. Called two weeks ago 2/27, the man on the phone stated that he has the tracking number and it should be in midweek and he'll get it right off to me. "midweek" came and my "order status" never changed from "processing".....3/2 I called again from my work number the man said there was some sort of mixup and he has a new tracking number that has it coming in on Monday and it will be shipped to me on Tuesday. Today Tues. 3/6 I checked my status, still "processing". Tried to call from a previously used number this morning and no answer, my wife called from her cell and got a response, the man said he will call supplier right now and that he doesn't know what's wrong. He had her on hold for 10 mins. while he "called the supplier". Tired of waiting she hung up, he called her right back (knew her number), said he was still on hold at Dale Tiffany, he will call back as soon as he has answers.....still waiting for answers. Why the two BS tracking number excuses? Not the way to do business. Tempted to ask for a refund......Wife called back mad after three hours of waiting for "answers"
the man answered after second attempt and promised her (suddenly he has it!?!) he will have it in the mail to me tomorrow (Wednesday) and promised to email me with a tracking number by end of day.....well, it's the end of day Wednesday and no email contact from them and no one answers their phone.....3/8 Thursday Two calls from me with no answer, one call from my wife, no answer but she left a heated message...within minutes a tracking number was emailed to me and about an hour and a half later it became an active tracking number and once UPS recieves the package at their facility I will have a delivery date. The shipper address is from Midvale, UTAH. but KBD is in New York ?!? ....3/9 Friday, UPS has package in UTAH and should deliver by Monday 12th.

"SCAMMERS!!!! See previous person's post. Seems to be the way they do business. I too ordered over $300 of merchandise. When it did not ship when promised, I called and an immediate shipping label was created with a tracking number. Funny, it was for 15 pounds, when the 2 items weigh over 35 lbs EACH! Shockingly, UPS never received the package. Phone guy assured me UPS had it. Called every day. Days later, was assured UPS "found" the lost package and would post and ship within 24 hours. I personally contacted UPS and they do not have a package for me to ship. I feel the fake shipping label was created as a delay tactic. Just like the others, guy won't answer my calls anymore nor return calls when I left messages."

"This seems to be a one man show. I placed an order online and had to follow up via email and phone without a response. After I finally called from a different phone number, he finally answered. Even though his website states that the fixture was in stock, he put me on hold for a few minutes. He finally told me that they don't have any of these fixtures left in their "wearhouse" and that the item has been discontinued by the MFG. By wearhouse I am assuming he is talking about his closet."

"Run fast from this vendor,I ordered a $307.00 meyda tiffany lamp from them, which they claimed to have in stock,a week later I tried to get order status,they never call back or answer emails. I call Meyda to find out item is no longer made. this company refused any contact till I had paypal open a fraud investigation. They reversed the sale to get my money back."

"ordered some cabinet hardware four weeks ago, my credit card was immediately charged for the complete order, and ... I'm stillllll waiting. Initial response from them was that they'd be shipped "soon" -- and lately I haven't been able to get a response at all. Guess I'll have to get my credit card company to do a chargeback and go looking elsewhere. Complete waste of time -- in fact it makes me wonder whether all the positive feedback on here came from shills."

"Avoid these guys like the plague. I ordered something listed as "in stock" because I needed it quickly. When it hadn't arrived after over a week, I inquired & was told they were in stock "at the factory", and that they would ship early the next week. I asked again two weeks later, and got nothing, not even another excuse. Today, I threatened them with legal action and got a refund. They CLAIM that the only reason they charged me immediately was because I went through PayPal, but others have also been charged for products they never ship."
