"We ordered a replacement banner. The website is a little tricky to figure out what your price will be because it changes as you select different options. The quality was what we expected for the price. The order was accurate and arrived on time.
The only thing we would do differently was not order a blank back side for the banner. It was white and the front was a mostly gray and black design, so the white stands out a lot.

"Easy to install and meets expectations of quality. Received on time. I had a coupon code that for whatever reason was not working when I made the purchase, and their CS offered me a refund for it. I took screenshots of what they said on their chatter and I did need to follow up a few times with them referencing the screenshots, but it did finally come through. "
"I ordered a few clear stickers for my van and it came in white vinyl, totally not matching the white of my van ( see the photo). The designer suggested some changes which was in technical words but of course never mentioned white vinyl, so now they say I approved the changes. Also, their measurement is a tricky, as you pay for the size of the art you want and get it very small as they measure from the white edges vinyl and in the middle you will find out your small art in less then half % of the size you have ordered.
Be careful, do NOT buy from this crap company to avoid stress and wasting money.

As explained by our Quality team, the change from clear to opaque was suggested by our design team because your artwork would not be visible on clear media. Additionally, artwork is set in proportion so if it is 60x20, it will be printed in this ratio even if the full decal size is 60x40. We cannot increase the height because the width would then go beyond the size ordered. We are sorry we could not offer you the resolution you were looking for.
