The order page prominently displays the option to "Add frame" which regrettably was not selected on your order. Since a lot of our customers continue to use previously-purchased hardware and order only replacement graphics, we offer as much customization as possible for each product. However, we did make a mistake in only sending you one panel instead of the two you ordered. Per your conversation with our support team, we have issued a full refund for your order.
